You can sand the graphic off with scrap grip. Only takes a minute or two.

Grimple 8.5 x 32.25 14.38”
Hollow Cast 149 (finally hit axle on these!)
F4 Conical Full 55mm 99a
Swiss Six
Mob
I love that graphic. Boards with a stained background look better to me.

thinking of getting a Toy Machine 8.5 Fists. How would it compare to the Quasi Proto 8.5? should i expect mellower concave and pointier kicks?
[close]

I've got a 8.5 Toy Machine black fists here as a wall board. Measurements on site is something like 8.5 x 32.38 with 14.375. True measure 8.6 back truck, 8.46 front. Every thing else is true. PS stix, very very flat, large wide tail and pointy'ish nose. Think i like it and wanna try sometime. I know they have an 8.5, 14.25 to that has the square nose and tail type ps stix shapes. Think it might be the red 8.5 fists

Thx for the reply homie. That’s interesting cus I ordered the black fists from Tum Yeto cause it had a 14.25wb in the description. I guess I’ll see when I get it. If it’s not pointy I guess I’m getting a flatter proto? excited either way

What’s the nose and tail length on this shape? I’m looking for a slightly wider version of dlx’s 8.25 and this looks like it might be it. Congrats on hitting axle btw!

DOA square shape
8.25 x 32 w/ 14.25 wb
Thunder 148 hollow lights
53 conical f4 101 duro
Bronson g3 bearings

I set this up with Indy hollows first and then switched to Thunders after the first session trying to get a livelier/higher yield pop.  Does anyone else have experience and insight on running various truck setups on DOA or South Central pressed decks?

Picked up another complete a few weeks ago from Comfort to keep the rotation fresh and support them during all of this.

DOA 8.5/14.5 wb Square Shape
Thunder Team Hollow 149 II
Spitfire F4 53mm Conical Fulls
Reds
Bender 7/8 Allen
Jessup

Not sure if it was the longer wb over my Hockey or just having some fresh pop but I just had my best day of skating in 2-3 years on this.  Will probably stick with this shape for a minute.
