Big fan of the OJ Nomads. They slide wonderfully

Quasi Davis 8.38
Ace 44
OJ Nomad 54
Indy Bearings
Bronze Phillip Hardware

And of course the Huf Clive

Lol. Eldee is definitely a human. He’s like a raider on horse back who’s kinda scared to do battle. Somehow he closes his eyes and swings his sword wildly and wakes up in a pile of dead orcs.

Beautiful setup mate.

I am curious about your laces, is there a reason why you keep the front unlaced? Not gonna lie, looks dope.

Thanks! So I do a lot of heelflips and go through so many laces. Since shoes don't come with extra, and whenever I buy laces at target or whatever I always get the wrong size, or they end up being a lot worse than the laces that came with the shoes so I figured abrasion would miss the laces this way.its Been working so far but honestly I hate how it looks. But I don't hate anything more than laces that don't match

Silly I know

Just wanted to say that is a fine looking setup. Venue sticker goes perfect. How steep is that deck? Been really wanting to grab that or a Powderly deck and last time I was in my local they didn’t have any.

I've seen you rocking vu stickers. I know they got a huge load of the powdery stamp board a few days ago.

Yeah I saw that, vu is about 40 mins away so they might be gone by the time I get to check it out. Hopefully I can get there this weekend

Well I gotta say that makes sense. Especially the part with unmatched laces ^^  I recently started to put some shoe repair glue on my laces when they get torn too much, but I know this isn't for everyone.

I still have 3 more Brown Bombers in a box...this one is a little steeper though, all the BB I have are stamped as III, and this one is a I, so assuming this is at the top/bottom of the stack, so gets more concave when pressed. Also realised I have not done enough board slides on the previous deck!

I just put 149ti on 14.5wb had one session ollies felt great but anything where the board left my feet I didn’t land. I’m 6’ or 6’1 and idk if I just need to tweak my foot position or how you felt etc.

I like the the Ti on the 14.5.  I'm 6', but all legs and realized a bigger wb works a lot better for me.  Ollies are nice and crisp, fliptricks are locked.  I was on a Real 8.5 Full SE before (14.38wb) and never felt like I had enough real estate to flip my tricks how I like to.  I'm in the middle of some truck madness, so I'll report back after I try Venture and Thunder

A Primitive DBZ board I got in a mystery board box from 2019 Black Friday! Finally getting around to skate it! It's pretty mellow, which I'm not used to from Primitive, since they tend to be medium on concave and steepness in my experience. Maybe it was bottom of the press and was old product when I got it. It skates well so I can't complain.

5 hours, 2 sessions:
8.5" New F4 Conical Fulls. First pair of F4 and they feel great!

I was thinking the same! There's a glossy finish that contrasts  the scratched up part and it looks appealing to me as it wears away. Makes up for it being a DBZ board lol

Not really.  They were fine for the first few months and recently started gumming up.  They definitely aren't the worst, but I'm in no rush to get another set (it's all my local had at the time)

New deck, my favourite easily accessible size 8.38 x 32.25 with a 14.5 wheelbase, mandatory brand name removal pre skate. Stage 11 Indy 149s with the aftermarket red low 92 duro Indy bushings, Spitfire Formula Four 99 duro classic full nicely worn down to about 52mm, the usual plain black Jessup griptape, Shortys 7/8 Silverados, etc.

More info (and skate weirdness) in the post, but the main info is above.
