I was always a tighter truck guy and these ventures are loosey goosey.

I'm not sold on the 14 inch wheelbase yet as I keep getting out over the front truck

dumb question but do you just keep your foot up much further almost on bolts?

so used to having my foot much further back
no, i live in an efficiency by myself and work in middle management like you, loser

Am on girl 7.5 now and a fresh 5boro 7.75

I find now that I like steeper kick and flat concave,  mainly longer tails!
I find that I like to have the nose as tail got used to it from crail g027.

Question is , anybody know which 7.5-7.75 have longer tails?
Most are 6-6.25 where the noses are 6.5-6.75.
[close]

is the zero 7.75 kind of what you're looking for? i wouldn't say it's a steep kick, but it kind of has the specs for a 'nose as tail'.
but here's what socal has for the zero bold 7.75
Nose: 6.75"
Tail: 6.5"
https://socalskateshop.com/Zero-Bold-Deck-775x3125.html
was the best example i could think of after reading your post

Thanks mate!
Looks like a good choice.ill look for one.
I actually just got an Old  Zoo York board that sat in the closet here and it seems ok strange concave on it ! Older board so I am not sure if the new ones are the same.
I know people like to hate Zoo York now days.
I remember back in the day loving zoo boards.

move your front foot further up or an even shorter wheelbase
while cool-guying is a real phenomenon, studies show that 83% of all cool-guying incidents can be attributed to the cool-guyee being an awkward weirdo

Adam McNatt 101 reissue
7.5 x 31.4, WB 13.63
When they get around to reissuing Gino's Gravedigger board, I just might buy 5.

They are just toying with us at this point

The only thing that could make this better is if it were 7.5

I was thinking the same thing.  I ride 8's generally, but I could justify getting the Pep board in a 7.5.

Sick to see western edition is still alive. Sick that they are dropping 7.5s too

7.75 Globe deck for pretty cheap on SW now

https://www.skatewarehouse.com/Globe_G1_Lineform_Black_Deck/descpage-GLG1LFM77DK.html

If you don't mind the fact that it's Globe, you get a cheap R7 dwindle deck with a bearable graphic.

I’ve been skating a mini logo 7.75(31.08,13.875) and I kinda hate it. I like the size as in its smaller than what I was skating before but I’m not feeling the short tail.

Any suggestions on something maybe smaller(7.6-7.5) but also longer(31.1-31.4)?

Alien Workshop 7.625 x 31.5

I’ve wanted an excuse to skate a alien board so I think I’ll try it. Might look around for other graphics but thanks hommie.

Looks like they figured out how to get around copyright laws. And he’s filming clips for the release.  Sweet. Hope it’s in a 7.5

can someone give an actual explanation as to why 7.75 isnt the standard... or at the very least more popular? what do people do with boards that are like 8.25-9.00? im pretty average size dude, rolling around on my friend's 8.5 literally felt like i was skating a limousine. Idk
Current brands aren’t making 7.75s anymore and usually when they do they’re almost a mini you’ll get 7.75 x 31.25

Just curious, would a 7.75 twin tail shape pique any interest here? We’re definitely considering it but we figure to ask, we don’t want excess inventory

Okay sweet, we’re a small brand so will order a small batch our next run. Will keep you guys updated when they’re here. COVID makes turnaround times so hard to predict.

Obviously no pressure ever to buy either, thank you both for your feedback!

Tread carefully glider, please.
This is my favorite thread, I can open it up and not see boards with rails, boards with gross griptape jobs, and types of various bullshit that goes on elsewhere. And I hope it stays that way.
