This is an odd switcheroo, at this point it seems like they're just making it up as they go along. Wouldnt be surprised if the final is two completely different skaters tossed in at the last moment.

You mean like when Monica Torres lost and then they gave her a second chance straight to the final 4? Then she won and acted like she wasn’t eliminated the round before and won straight through.

Lizards shitty landings made that more enjoyable for me. His fakie flip was great tho.

Do you guys believe Mo actually landed that nollie impossible variation first try?
[close]

he’s good with impossibles, and that trick is like a nollie into a regular impossible so it seems believable to me
[close]

He landed a regular one vs Ramondetta when he was on “T” back in the day too. He wouldn’t let his last Hurrah be a staged game; hence, why he kept doing nollie flips over and over until he had it dialed.

One of my favorite all time BATB games. Love Pete, love Mike Mo. perfect pairing of opponents to highlight nuances of style.
Ramondetta kept up with one of the best. He was a ripper.
My real take away is that board malto had. Girl version of a gonz board. I’ll be keeping my eye out on ebay for that one.

What kind of bloard was Mike Plumb Plume riding?
Didn’t appear to be the ubiquitous AH Eagle everyone seems to ride when they’re between sponsors.

I wanna play you in a game of SKATE for the right to continue talking shit on me.  You think you got me?

Yeah looked like a Deathwish board again, probably dug it out of storage, he's been riding Zero and element too in the interim.

I like the guy but leaving Deathwish seems crazy to me, can't see him fitting in anywhere else.

I also thought the judge should have done better. What I’ve noticed, it seemed the judge didn’t give a redo for a couple sketchy tricks

This is such a fucking shit show. Roster constantly changing, six months in and just barely getting close to finishing the first round. Making up rules as they go. Fucked reffing. Do they want to take this seriously or not? If not, that's OK, but just be honest about it from the beginning.

No way, dude! This guy is a perfect fit on Natty Kon. @jzradical, hook this Mike Plume guy up before nobody else snatches the opportunity out from under yinz.
Also, if he needs a truck sponsor: according to the Gring King website’s “Team” page, anybody who shells out for a pair of their trucks is sponsored by them.
Not a bad way for Mike to pad his resume in the lean/in between times. For the price of a pair of trucks, he can leverage his newly earned purchased sponsorship to team hop from Gring King, to Navigator, to Webb, to the big pie in the sky, Kreper.
Some truly Machiavellian scheming going on over here in my brain.

I wanna play you in a game of SKATE for the right to continue talking shit on me.  You think you got me?

So it's just going to be Koston vs. Mike Mo again in round 2? That's the second re-match for BATB12.

It's been 6 months and they still haven't finished the first round. Wonder how many more people will drop out or pull a Billy Marks and lose on purpose.
