I find the timing of this post odd with everyone on Nikes this past weekend posting in their stories wearing and talking about the Janoski coming back.

i am bummed at discontinuing janoski's but it makes sense given the new gen doesnt know anything about him besides him having a bestselling shoe

to use shane o'neill as the replacement pro is wack, the new gen also doesnt know that much about him

nike is wack in general, so honestly who gives a fuck about anything this company produces

dunks used to sit on shelves collecting dust before skateboarders inherited them for being on sale/cheap. the hypebeasts appropriated broke people which doesnt make any sense. they want to look "cool" like skaters without putting any work into it/being lazy

fuck nike, fuck hypebeasts for taking a cheap shoe away from us

I think the way europeans interact on internet forums is so sick. It's so uninhibited and reminiscent of simpler times

Ok, I’m gonna be a boomer for a sec.

Nike has one of the worst track records for sweatshop labor, including using slave labor from imprisoned ethnic minorities in China, leather from rainforest-decimating cattle, and by fucking over people, the environment, and continuously trying to get into skateboarding’s pants to exploit it for marketing, you’re only beef is that they stopped making a shitty shoe you liked?

*pulls glasses down on nose and looks at you disappointedly*

I see.

It's about time for the 6.0 aesthetic to circle around and be in vogue again. maybe 2025?

I could see these catching on with raver/EDM festival types

One Earth sized testicle, or one testicle sized Earth?
[close]

in terms of testicles

according to the following source, the average testicular volume is 9.3 cm^3 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17270639/

given that the earth has a volume of 1000 billion km^3

we can estimate that to produce an earth sized testicle, we would need approximately 107,526,881,999,999,984,808,304,648 testicles in order to achieve this feat

ref: (1000 billion (cubic kilometers)) / (9.3 (cm^3)) = 1.07526882e26

What about the voids between the balls? Your calculations are of.

Little foggy right now but pretty sure I saw an ad in the new Thrasher. Also I feel like I heard someone being interviewed say that there was so many on the secondhand markets that Nike stopped selling them for a bit to build demand. Could be making both things up haha...

I would welcome Nike leaving the industry. They are primarily using skateboarding for marketing these days to counterbalance the fact that they are the lamest and most mainstream sports goods company on the planet.
I also hope Hypebeast culture dies and limited drops at pseudo core skate shops are discontinued.

Actually, I don‘t have a doubt they will die soon. The half life of these pseudo exclusive and artificially limited marketing scemes is already over. Sneaker drops will soon go the way of the NFT hype…

He asked for an add. Thats it.

After years of searching dunks to skate in my country, last year FINALLY got my hands into some Dunk Low Pro "Barcelona" just for skating.
Ive skated them for a some time now and I hate them, I simply can't understand whats going on with them: Upper its suede and sole its classic gum... so everything should work fine, isn´t? well it doesn't, not ever: I simply can´t trust on them, they are grippy with some tricks and their shape reminds me the accels, but most of times they feel so slippery you look like you don't even know how to skate, kicking in the air like a dumbass and rocketing ollies, a fucking mess.

That being said, I dunno how the pros are skating all those crazy colorways dunk models like nothing (PROD or Ishod). I feel so dissapointed with the shoes and myself but they look soo good I keep giving them another chance   ;D
