mentally filed hardflip under 'never going to happen', which probably isn't a positive step toward it happening.
but i figure i've had vhf for about 3 years now, i still don't have them down to good consistency or execution - so if i suck that bad at putting the easier flip into a front pop, how am i going to work the hard one in there? probably a dumb comparison, but there we are.
my fs fiips, such as they exist, are very very flat (not in a cool way) so i don't have any 'illusion' tekkers (or even mild verticality) to bring to the table. and i don't really like the idea of getting castrated trying to figure them out. i'd be stoked to do a daewon style one, but i feel the malto/herman diagonal one is the only really respected kind.
