Let's skate yo.
I haven’t heard anyone talking about “shredding the gnar” in a long time.
not really skate lingo but i heard someone say "yezzir" the other day and it almost kiled me
If you can't handle me at my Marc Johnson, you don't deserve me at my Bobby Puleo.
...glad to see a few others are uncomfortable with tre flip...
Do kids still use “Yo-flip” for a 360 flip but the back leg far apart from front. People also used to call it Stank leg but I preferred Yo flip.
Is “sick” still alive?
the word STEEZY stuck out, not only in my mind, but also in my brain...

I say sick at least once a day.I wonder how long it will take for “wet” to become dated?

I'd say in general trick names have become shorter. We used to say the whole name, like frontside 180 kickflip which became frontside 180 flip then frontside flip. In written form it's even shorter: fs flip. Or ollie impossible or backside 360 ollie which are impossibles and back threes now.
I can't think of any sk8 terms, but I think it is hysterical that we collectively in America still call these the same thing as we did 30 years ago.
