Anyone know what midsole it has? They could of had it externally look like the og and internally be modern. (Altho didn't the original have kinda squishy foam in the middle section of the sole?)

Yeah, it sure looks like they switched out exposed foam from the midsole to just being a solid piece of rubber all the way around. Hard to tell from a photo, though.



Would really like to know what kind of midsole (if any) is in there. If they replaced the midsole foam with rubber crating, or just a thick ass insole; they would have been better off just leaving this design in The Emerica Vault.

Why can’t gonz just release a normal color way? These are my favorite shoes but the only good color way was the brown ones.

People easily spend $100 at the grocery store for a week of food. $120 for a skate shoe with a 2-piece midsole is not outrageous in 2023.

Just got the Vans/Alltimers Zahbas in the mail. Pretty stoked that they're a traditional cupsole as opposed to the wafflecup hybrid.

Can't believe I'm typing this out but the Spanky and Gamma Shake Junt shoes are so tasteful.

actually yeah this is the best white colorway of the Gamma so far. like it's not yellowed or off-white, based on those photos.

Yeah they are, if you have IG the grey Kalis cafe's have actually been sitting on DC's IG store in full sizing for weeks now. they have them still in stock in all sizing including 6.5 & 7

Pour-In G6 is just a super expensive technology and we wanted to keep this shoe affordable and 1:1 to the original.

Also, would love to lend my support again to an ED 1 relelease (as close to 1:1 as you can get without that triple stitching around the plastic toe cap)

Found this article about it. Doesn't go in depth, just says there were "disagreements" which I can only assume means $$$ not going into JTs pockets. Which in hindsight might have been a good decision? I mean Fallen was done by 2017 so I'm sure JT was looking into new shoe sponsors and didn't want to just lend Emerica his old shoe and likeness without actually getting paid for it? Idk probably reaching. But I rather JT in Emerica's than Straye.
