i remember i saw a dude on the bus that had very similar shoes but with the spezial/busenitz sole and the paneling was slightly different on the heel i think. the toe and the stripe area was identical. anybody know what shoe that is?

Looks like a Handball Top?

I think the colour of the heel panel changes the look a bit, but that MA Shoe isn't identical and looks like its missing that panel.



They also make this same shoe on a Busenitz sole.

Pro shoe?   Eh seems a little early (and out of the blue), but I guess if he commands sales, then it makes sense.   

Miles Silvas always seemed like he was just a toe away from getting one, but he was missing that popularity or something

There's some changes. I think it's the same sole but with the upper of a different shoe that's very similar if I remember correctly. Been awhile since I saw the pdf. But yeah kind of a mash up of two similar shoes.

The construction looks interesting. I really think the best skate shoe of all time might of been the Mike mo DC or the Cole lite the only change I'd make is the midsole was a little thick in the heel. This looks like it solved that problem.

I got to check these out and they are def a solid feeling shoe.
You'll be pleased to know Wes has a color dropping later this year as well.

Vulcanized DCs do tend to appeal to people who are ashamed to be wearing DCs, but maybe that can change.

I've said this too many times but I remember talking to shop owners at that time who hated dealing with Nike. They'd have to get the full range including every dunk and tech team model and the only thing anyone would buy would be the janoskis. Dunks would go straight to the bargain bin
