Had the low ones and they made me sick not like "you look cool bro" but "I got flu because of the shoes". If is a little cold you'll freeze, if is a little hot you'll have a sauna on your feet. Terrible material for anything except getting sick.

Idk really but ever worn a pure plastic rain coat vs a synthetic polyester fabric based coat? Dramatic difference and these shoes are literally just pure plastic

Its not a great comparison but was thinking about when I used to do pressure washing and wore full rubber boots (funny people claiming workers don't wear boots on ladders in another thread recently) and yeah they get hotter than leather boots but it's not too crazy. Maybe people could poke a bunch of air holes in the sides and get some more ventilation going.

man, adidas was on a good streak with the pro models too, I love the Sam Narvaez ones and if I liked purple I'd also be rocking the Kaders.

They're pushing the shelltoes pretty hard lately tho, esp with that East coast tour they're on right now. Hoping they give more pro models with wearable colorways to their riders like they were doing already, not here for the Blondeys tho, it's easily their best shoe imo (superstars and pro models)

Yes, there was barely any ventilation on the Gazelle Indoors. The inside lining was some synthetic leather that trapped sweat. Canvas shoes and the NB# 420 ventilate much better.

These might not even hit skate shops. The “Gemini,” Gazelle Indoor was only available from Thames and Adidas.

$130 plus tax…so many reasons not to buy. I think they may be good for rain, but I could probably find discounted Adidas Terrex Hikers made of Gore-Tex for that price.

That gass pro model is one of the better looking shoes to come out amongst a few others. Original design and looks good.  Small flair is way better

This three shoes are the best things i remember from Lakai since Fully Flared.
Even the Riley High looks ok to me. To be honest i woud wear that shoe in public.

No way that LRAB is making Greco's shoes

Side note: did some digging via import records and found that last resort are made in the same factory as seavee shoes. Unarguably the worst pair of shoes I've owned in my entire life came from seavees, bought them two months ago on Amazon and after a week of casual work wear they were trashed. The fabric actually ripped off the outsole.
