Why the fuck would you eat at The Hard Rock Cafe? Worse still, why would you stand in a queue to eat at Hard Rock Cafe?
[close]

you watch, hard rock cafe t-shirts are about to be #trendwatch #af with the ironic NYC skater bois. the more exotic the city printed on the shirt, the cooler you are.

this one has been creeping in to my local park for a couple months already

Seriously? What cities have you seen? The reason I wrote that post was because I went past the Hard Rock in Green Park and there was a queue outside on a Saturday afternoon and I couldn't for the life of think why in a city the size of London anyone would want to eat there let alone wait to eat there.

Did I miss the 917 video that was supposed to drop on 9/17, or was that another AO let down?

This is honestly one of the craziest things I've read:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/alexknapp/2013/01/03/how-lead-caused-americas-violent-crime-epidemic/#1b5f7f3012c4

Is this theory common knowledge? I just heard about it fairly recently, and the data is really convincing.

Would admitting to a therapist that you've lied to hospitals/doctors have repercussions?

Would admitting to a therapist that you've lied to hospitals/doctors have repercussions?

I guess it would depend on what you lied about?

I'd say being as honest as possible with your therapist is always the best option, to get the best results.

Really the only things you could tell them, that would result in what I'd consider repercussions, is if you're actively planning on harming/murdering yourself or others. Everything else is totally confidential, and it would be seen as a pretty big breech of ethics, for them to act otherwise.

Unless you're referring to a psychiatrist, and you're worried about your past dishonesty, effecting your chances of getting certain meds?
I can't really speak on that.

But if it's a psychologist, just be honest. Without getting too specific, I've admitted to some pretty illegal stuff in similar situations. Your therapist has heard way worse, I'm sure, and should be non-judgemental, if they're even halfway professional.

Aside from being a danger to yourself or others, as stated, the only reason there would be legal repercussions is if you have a pending investigation by law enforcement.

Thanks for the response, childhood. Helpful.
Asking for insurance purposes sake, but no it's not in the realm of trying to obtain drugs despite what my sig says.

I texted my therapist to double-check, cause I didn't want to give you bad info (I assumed you were referring to legal repercussions), and with the information given, she was pretty insistent that you have nothing to worry about.

She's super knowledgeable and professional, so I'd definitely trust her judgement. If there's anything specific you want me to ask, just PM me.

Damn, I'm always surprised by how many people on here have kids.

I love my nieces, but if I ever had a kid of my own, I'd lose my mind.

You should watch "The Secret of Nimh" with your kid.

Was GG Allin's general misanthropy at all related to his micro penis?

His father was abusive and his upbringing was fucked.

On a related note, I think it's funny how people make fun of Trump by saying he has a small penis, which is hormonal-based. Yet, the same people are outraged when someone calls a woman: fat...something which is controllable by diet and exercise. Both are examples of body shaming, and why I won't associate myself with any political party.

Body shaming is where you draw the line on political parties?

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

I have a vague memory of this being mentioned very briefly in Hated. Wonder if another documentary will ever be made about him.

Hitler was also said to have a tragically small penis that curled around back towards him like a piglet's tail

A curly fry from Arby's might be a better analogy.

Body shaming is where you draw the line on political parties?
No, both sides are guilty of it. I see more fat-shaming towards women from Republicans and more small dick shaming from Democrats. It's almost as if they're picking sides and not really giving a fuck about actual issues. Also, I would never pick a party. However, I'm a registered Independent but have never voted in my life.
