Just finished a show called "Lie to Me" it was really good, the main character rules on the show but it only lasted 3 seasons

You guys remember the show "The Slap"? that got posted on here before. Well thats on netflix and i might watch it just to see how bad it really is. Also it says it came out in 2011? that can't be right, right?

EDIT: hold up, there are two shows that are the same. Why the hell would they reboot this show?

Tina Fey's new show "Unbreakable is alright, It's corny and silly but also entertaining, reminds me of "Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23".

"Hit & Miss" is great but the first episode is awful. Other than that, it's really dark and fucked up, plus it stars Chloë Sevigny <3 <3 <3  :-* Probably the best show I've seen since Breaking Bad.

I tried watching The Motivation 2 again and just no, God was it boring. Too much hyperbole.

Anyone here watch the show Tyrant?

I stumbled on it randomly one night when my drunk girlfriend thought she was putting on Sons of Anarchy (which is really, really corny btw) and we ended up watching the Tyrant pilot and holy shit it got me hooked right away.  Finished the rest of season 1, it w as really good... obviously has it's share of dramatic tv show cliche's and the overall gist of everybody in the middle east speaking English, but for the most part the acting is fantastic and really well made.

I watched Filth last night and it was a really good film. I thought it was going to be a raunchy comedy about a scottish cop being a bastard but I like how it went Dark pretty quick. Highly recommend if you liked Frank or Trainspotting.

Surprisingly (at least to me) I've heard nothing but good things about this show. Have you actually watched it or is it just background noise while you're sleeping with someone from Tinder?

Just saw the first 2 episodes of Narcos and I'm hooked. Have you finished the series yet? does it get better or at least keep its momentum?

Been re-watching the entire series of prison break lately too. Did anyone hear about them coming out with a season 5 next year? sounds interesting.

It keeps getting better and better, the only problem i had with it was it was basically all subtitles. Which wasn't a huge problem because i also watched Lilyhammer and i liked that show a lot.

That first episode is probably the best episode in the entire series.

There's a couple dozen excellent 70's and 80's Shaw Brothers movies that got put on recently. I just wish they had the English dubs, those are kinda classic at this point and the mandarin dubs are not particularly wonderful (they never recorded dialogue when they filmed Chinese movies from this era).

Really? I haven't seen this new special but I just saw him live on the Oddball Comedy Tour last week and he was for sure the low point of the whole evening. Every joke was predictable and his delivery was shit.

Did anyone watch this yet? Need to find the time, but it's already being called an Oscar contender--it's going to be really interesting to see what Netflix will do with development of their own films in the future; it's a really exciting year for movies.

Bourne Supremacy is up--looking forward to the new one this July with Damon and Greengrass returning
I watched it in parts at work. It's brutal.

This movie was really good and for sure worth a watch. It basically all takes place in a black room where all these people are standing on those red circles with the arrows pointing to them. They all have to vote on who gets killed one at a time and only one person can make it out. So you literally watch the movie as they're all stuck on these circles trying to figure how/why they are there and figuring out ways to be the last person standing so they can make it out. It gets surprisingly suspenseful, you're pretty much watching them get taken out every couple of minutes as they try to figure out who's worth being the last person standing and getting to survive

Really? I Like Jeselnik. I actually saw him at the Hollywood improv earlier this year and he was great. Even talked shit on Dane Cook which was a surprise guest that night. I get that his humor isn't for everyone but i like the way he delivers the joke with a straight face all the time. Kinda reminds me of Mitch Hedberg.
