Just got my element order in. All bbs which I was stoked on but the 8.38 shape is different than listed on the size guide. Wheelbase was 14.4 instead of 14.25 and the tail is comically small. At the price no big deal but wanted to give a heads up that some of the listed measurements might be wrong.

I got the old-school shape and it's bbs

I told a skatepark homie about the sale, and they bought 7 decks. All BBS. Just luck of the draw

i think @IpathCats turned me on to these, the run adapts and thins are perfect insoles for just about any shoe for me (currently using them in Blazers (run adapt), Puig indoors (thin run ones), and migh try em in 440s):
25% off sale

I've recruited a bunch of people to Superfeet and none have gone back to any other insoles. I don't run them in Tiagos, but do in everything else that doesn't have a lot of cushion. They really transform a shoe like the 440 without killing boardfeel or the flexibility of the sole.

Ive copped 7 decks from element sales since last october. Never payed more than 20 something for each, and theyre all BBS.

@art hellman

@LebowskisRug was probably who did it.

I found their flex version (https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/flex) to be the best one for me; however, I've since "gone back" to FP, my knees just feel betting using them...DEPENDING on the shoe ;)

E.g., for something like the Nyjah3 you need a thin insole else you make it super tight. I couldn't run the SF green/orange or FP 3mm or 5mm in them, but the super feet flex works great (for shoes where the midsole is doing the work). On shoes where the insole does most of the work (or should), the thicker FP work better (Fastbreaks/KSL/Tyshawns, etc.).

Thing about the superfeet is they aren't squishy like cons/adidias/etnies or shoes that ship with a dense insole (not the paper thin shit foam ones). So buyer beware if that's your thing.

The Adapt insoles and ones without as bulky of rearfoot have some flex to em. I would never run the normal Green/Orange, etc for skate shoes except for stuff like Vans vulcs which could benefit from the structure.

I tried my FP insoles recently and finally binned them. They don't provide any mid or rear foot support, which is what actually gives me sore ankles, knees, and feet. Same 440s with both insoles and the FP noticeably diminish the forefoot flex of the shoe and board feel.

I think Joey was smart to use the bowling ball to demonstrate impact, but unfortunately a single object structure doesn't necessarily behave as a complex system like the lower limbs do which is probably why no other company for any other sport has used similar foam or materials.

I did like the FP in Vans though. Can't explain that.

On the KSL (and Spanky G6) for that matter, it's the midsole and not the insole doing the majority of the cushion/support as far as I've noticed. Putting a thicker insole in those feels like overkill. Used an etnies STI pro foam insole in the Gamma g6 and it actually works quite nice, however

Good deals to be had at CCS and Daddies. Daddies has most of the same stuff, but no Nike SB, and an additional 20% off.

I got some adidas forums and new balance 1010s for $105 shipped. Lots of stuff around or over half off, even before the extra 20% off. Saw some blazers on CCS for half off as well.
