I didn't get that but would totally follow up with their customer service in case that e-mail isn't legit.
Also, not connected with them in any way but I highly recommend anyone on here making online purchases to make a Privacy.com account.. I use them so I can make a virtual "burner card" for all my online purchases. They actually let you choose if you want it to be re-occurring, locked to the merchant, or one-time payment.

The idea is if your info does get compromised it's not your real card info getting exposed in a hack. It's saved my ass a bunch of times.

I had fraud on my card as well and it was replaced a few weeks ago. Good to know the reason. Don’t even remember when I last ordered from there, but I know I have.
