Shipping Information
All packages ship from our San Luis Obispo, California location. Domestic orders placed by 12:00 pm PT ship the same day, excluding backordered items, weekends and shipping holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or shipping holiday will ship the next business day. Shipping estimates begin the day after your order has shipped and also exclude weekends and shipping holidays. For example, a Two Day Air order shipped on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

UPS, FedEx and Golden State Overnight do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please select Priority Mail or Express Mail for shipments to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Free Ground Shipping — $50 minimum!
Now offering Free Ground shipping on orders of $50 or more delivered within the 48 contiguous United States with a maximum weight of 10 lbs. Based on location, Golden State Overnight (GSO) or UPS Ground will be your Free shipping option at checkout. GSO offers next business day delivery by 5 pm to California residents. Both options are still cost effective shipping methods for orders exceeding 10 lbs.

$5 Two Day Shipping
Now offering UPS Two Day shipping for only $5 on orders of $75 or more delivered within the 48 contiguous United States with a maximum weight of 10 lbs. You will still find this a cost and time effective shipping method for orders exceeding 10 lbs.

Next Day + Overnight Shipping
Based on location, choose between UPS Next Day Saver and FedEx Standard or FedEx Priority Overnight for expedited delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. Prices vary based on destination and package weight. First time customers choosing Next Day or Overnight shipping may require verification. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. To receive Saturday overnight delivery, please contact Customer Service as it is not available through the website.

FPO/APO Military Addresses + P.O. Boxes
Customers with military addresses or P.O. Boxes as your shipping destination will choose Priority Mail or Express Mail. Unfortunately, both options are excluded from shipping promotions.

Retail Pickup Orders
If you would like to pick up your order in-person at our San Luis Obispo location, the cardholder must be present with photo ID and the credit card used at checkout. Your card will be charged upon pick up. If a custom assembled skateboard or griptape applied deck is requested, it will be assembled at the time of pick up. If you change your mind and/or cannot pick up the order, please contact our Customer Service Department for your shipping options. A Customer Service Representative may contact you if your retail order remains on site for more than 72 hours.

Yes and no. On a complete they charge you (dumb) but on a deck only purchase you get [select] free grip...

Thanks. I figured it out. Was looking at +9" decks and they charge for the wider grip.

Just give it a shot, I bet you'll be happy with it. The square and flat shapes are awesome, and the standard is good if you like deeper concaves and a steep nose. If you've ever seen a politic or bacon board, those are usually the same as the DOA standard.. it's the standard south central shape. If you hate it, then it's cheap enough that you can probably just resell it and make your money back or even a profit. Honestly though, I don't notice much, if any, difference between a DOA 31.75" and a 32" standard deck like Pennswood.. they skate very similar. Plus Fletch is the man and even posts on here from time to time.

I'm really tall and remember having a 31.75 FA a while ago that felt wayyyy too short, but lately I've downsized my length, width and wheelbase so maybe this time it won't be as noticeable as last time.

They usually have 8.5's, must have sold out prior? The 8.3 squares are pretty full, not a crazy amount of difference from a normal 8.5. Plus with their 8.3's you get 14.25" wb (the 8.5's jump up to 14.5).

Awesome dude, like I said I doubt you'll be disappointed. For what it's worth, I've got an 8.25 Hockey and a couple of DOA squares and I feel like the Hockey feels shorter even though its technically a cunthair longer, maybe because of the shorter wheelbase or the ski ramp nose. The main difference I found between the two was the DOA has a slightly longer wb (14.25 vs 14.12) and doesn't have as much disparity between the size and steepness of the kicks. South Central wood is really good too, it lasts forever and has great pop without being overly stiff and hard.
