Hit him up on IG or email him. He's basically building a skate scene there and does a lot of work with kids and beginners so I think he's out of the shop a fair bit. He's a really nice dude though and I'm guessing it was just an honest mistake sobI'm very confident he'll make it right (and might hook you up with a promo code or something for your trouble).
