ive been meaning to ask, almost every shop ive been to in the last year (maybe 4-5) have had a shit ton of magenta decks seemingly permanently on sale. did magenta overproduce bc of covid and now these shops just has a shit ton of them they weren't able to get out the door? i wouldn't have expected them to sell in the first place, them being a euro brand, so why did all these shops decide to purchase them in the first place?

I have noticed that here in Australia too.

Might have been one of the few pre book brands with a good deal or available stock, but then everything else came in a little too soon and there wasn't such a desire to buy a Magenta board in the mind of the average skater.

Good wood, decent shapes, reasonable graphics and prices, but they sort of fall through the cracks between bigger brands that have been taking a lot more market share, or so it seems to me anyway.

Noticed the same too, other Clutch made brands (Traffic) come to mind but not as aggressively overstocked as Magenta. At least the graphics are great and you aren't stuck with Powell decks.

The older ones on clearance were definitely Clutch, same case for Pizza, but their old stock has a mix of Clutch and PS Stix/

If you use gmail, you can put a period anywhere in your email address and it will still go through. So if your name is fuck.shit@gmail you can just spell it f.uckshit@gmail. You can use this to create new accounts on a lot of websites where you may have already done business. Some software is wise to this and some is not, I don’t know about Tactics.
