The $25 Monarch decks (40% off list) a few months ago were pretty fire, if you didn't give a shit about brand or graphics.

In retrospect the acquisition by Highline is looking to be a flaming money pit - yeah they've managed to axe the largest expense (team riders) but now you're stuck with millions in inventory from brands that don't mean shit without the riders backing them.

But what do I know - I'm just a shitposting monkey using a backwards typewriter.

Anyone here ever order from goat.com?  They’ve got lots of Nike SBs, NB#, Cons, Vans, etc.. and some are absurdly cheap.  There’s tons of older models and colorways on there too.  Saw some red Project BAs for like $33usd.  Not sure where they source from, but they seem to have good reviews, so I’m hoping to score some deals on there in the future.

It’s basically a marketplace (similar to eBay or Amazon) so not always the same source. Can find similar deals for random skate shoes on StockX, eBay and Poshmark sometimes if you look hard enough. BA’s for $33 is a great deal!

Goat is the best place to buy dunks for some reason you can get a decent selection of colorways for about retail in highs and lows.

I've used daddies dozens of times (if they have the shoes you want why buy them anywhere else, size and style permitting of course, that flat 20% softgoods/accessories is great) and never had any issues, let alone them using a 'D list shipping company' my shit always arrives UPS.

Can confirm, zero issues ordering from daddies for years

I never had a problem with Daddies. I rather buy from a skate shop but I always got everything I ordered from them. Some of the deals are just too good to pass up. It always shows up within a week and I’m on the other side of the country.

As far as “D-list shipping,” goes, I’ve gotten dress shirts/pants through OnTrac and something else like LaserShip, when ordering from Banana Republic/Gap. People use their personal cars to deliver, but I’ve only had one item show up late. Surprisingly, the only time I lost an item was when it got shipped through FedEx, but it showed up a month later.

A colorway of the 808 on Daddies is around $40 after using the code, for those that prefer the 808 to the 1010.
