Not sure where else to ask this. Have any of you ever have a USPS package stuck on, “ Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending”?

It’s been like this for a week. Call the skate shop and they don’t know what’s going on, USPS can’t track it either cause it was never scanned. Think it was a pallet or something, with the package inside.

It sucks cause it was a $145 pair of Dunks. Shits frustrating cause it’s like no one can help me.

It's unrealistic to think that they can pinpoint the exact location of your one package in an ocean of packages. The volume they deal with is ginormous. As soon as it's scanned into the system it's forgotten about, because they got 10,000 more packages to scan, yours is not special.

It's unrealistic to think that they can pinpoint the exact location of your one package in an ocean of packages. The volume they deal with is ginormous. As soon as it's scanned into the system it's forgotten about, because they got 10,000 more packages to scan, yours is not special.

They can find them if they're scanned though. The issue is, when it's pending from a large batch, they can't locate individual packages. Never encountered this problem with FedEx or UPS. It ain't about wanting to be special. Their system has a giant hole in it.

Seller can't do shit, USPS can't do shit cause it's not fully in their system, etc. If it takes too long I'll do a chargeback with my bank.

Update: I used the shop app thing to check tracking and it showed carrier change from ups to usps and it gave a tracking number. It just updated today that they have package with Monday as expected date. So hopefully that info helps. Also no copy paste on mobile for the usps tracking number was quite the bummer.

There is a pretty big sale over at Dover Street Market, they've got a lot of Rassvet/Carpet on sale, with some intermixed skate shoes like Vault Half Cabs, Tyshawns, Fastbreaks, AS1's, FA Sambas.

Also with regards to the shipping thing, USPS can be very hit or miss, and they can be some of the most unhelpful employees you'll deal with. In about 10 years of selling on eBay I've only lost maybe 4 packages, and each was through USPS. You'll be able to file a claim if it goes missing, but I will say that the tracking that comes from a stores page is always absolutely useless and usually wrong. Also, the user who claims they can't locate a package in a sea of 10,000 is very mistaken. I've had USPS and UPS both be able to find almost any package, they really can't afford to lose stuff and have to pay claims. I remember a month ago I had a UPS package where the driver couldn't get into the apartment complex (gated). I spoke to another driver, he made a quick call and put the package on hold for me at their distribution center. You can initiate a search for a package with USPS or have them give you more details. Sometimes tracking won't even update until it's out for delivery.

Our company ships billions of dollars of equipment with all carriers. USPS and FedEx are by far the best to deal with, DHL and UPS can get fucked.

USPS can take a while with tracking packages down and insurance claims, but they are the most reliable for shipping times and smaller/normal shipments.

As far as tracking goes FedEx is easily the most reliable, even with updates. UPS second. USPS...well, it will get there eventually (or it's already there and you weren't notified).

Lets just remember that the USPS is under attack from the post master general, majority shareholder of XPO logistics (usps competitor), and trump donor/appointee, Louis Dejoy. He is single handedly doing what the republican party has wished for for decades, destroying the USPS.

Hope your packs make it. Make phone calls and ask 1x a week if you need to. They will get it moving

No offense but this narrative about the post office has been ongoing for at least like the last 10-15 years, USPS has had issues for as long as I can remember. One Trump donor isn't responsible for the entire state of the post office, they were woefully inefficient before Trump.

USPS is generally reliable, this was a rather unusual event, but luckily the package finally showed up in Los Angeles and appears to be being routed to me.
