I haven't been able order anything from them (I've tried).  Everytime I go to check out it says "please wait while we verify your cart" and it just sits there (and this is with different random items to see if I can proceed) and hitting the 'ok' button just closes the window. Tried different browsers, removed cookies, contacted then and no response, had to purchase elsewhere.

I had this same issue when I was buying that deck. I know it's probably too late now, but a combination of restarting my browser and my computer helped fix it for me.

Concepts sales are so good and hard not to get more numerics when you can get two for less than the retail price of one. I will never be able to burn through this pile of skate shoes either but at least I got plenty of options for years haha.

A little bit of surface level research shows that their orders are fulfilled by what appears to be a Zappos warehouse in Kentucky... That throws away the idea that some fashionista at a "boutique" somewhere is begrudgingly sifting through a million packing slips for dirt cheap skate shoes.

My best guess is CNCPTS web orders get sent to the back end of the queue for this fulfillment center that deals with a number of retailers' online inventory. Just a hunch given the situation and their reputation for slow shipping.

Anyway, best of luck to all of us waiting on our NB#s

ymmv but i ordered something 2/1 and it was shipped out 2/4, and arrived 2/10. this was during their 40% sale on CNCPTS branded clothes, so they might just be getting a lot of order right now. would still follow up with them tho

I reached out to cncpts CS yesterday about my order delay too and they said they have a backlog with their fulfilment from the sale so their est timeframe to ship is now 7-14 biz days instead of the typical 4-5.

I've shopped with them before for BF sales and always got my stuff, given how big this sale was can understand the hold up.

It's shipping from a Zappos warehouse because CNCPTS has been owned by Zappos/Amazon since 2018.  It's literally Amazon Streetwear/Sneakers/Luxury Fashion division.
It started in like 2000 as it's own store inside The Tannery which was a luxury leather and denim store since the 70's owned by a real class act Sam Hassan.
2018 Sam had some pending lawsuits and eventual bankruptcy and pulled funding from Concepts and gave it all to his nephew Tarek, and then Amazon came in to save the day.

I got a lot of DC's there when I lived in Boston in the early 2000's, and they have done some cool projects outside of skating, that sale was pretty good, but I'd rather not give them money when there are similar good deals from other actual skateshops in this thread.
