I haven't seen too many instances where a product is listed at a reduced price with the brand before the shops get them to sell at full price.

Adidas right now has 30% off a bunch of their skate shoes, plus people post here that their eBay page sells skate shoes for less then $30 at times

Also Nike constantly has 20-25% sales on their websites including sb’s

None of those shoes are new releases, so the point still stands.

It probably wasn’t done intentionally since they had issues with logistics. Shoes from NB# go to outlet after sitting in the warehouse for a certain period. It’s still shitty to shops, but it was most likely done by someone who works for NB, and not someone from NB#.
