Seems like a deep rabbit hole.... guess we'll have to wait and see. This feels like it's far from over.

Bit bummed on Chauncey... always liked watching him play. Esp that 03-04 pistons run...

And it sucks for Wemby. Puts up literal video game numbers in an opener only to have to shadowed by this.

Maybe Billy King gifting the Celtics a gorillion picks that became Brown+Tatum for ancient Pierce, Garnett and Jason Terry.

So frustrating to be a wolves fan so far this season... 10-0 against loosing teams, 0-6 against winning teams. That loss against the suns just screams 'change' although I dont want them to blow the team up. Still early but damn, I am not convinced they will even get to the secon round of the playoffs.

Ant might be might favorite player to watch in the league. I'd like to see them make a playoff run so I get a chance to him watch more.

Going to the Spurs/Thunder Xmas game. Pretty stoked on that. Hoping that walking giraffe of a Spur is healthy by then. Watching Shai in the midrange will be worth the drive alone though.

Knicks finally won a road game, albeit against the Hornets who suck obviously but still a good thing to build on.

Also they are one of the highest scoring offenses in the L right now, they have upped their 3 point shooting production and I guess that’s a good thing if you want to keep up in this day and age where taking 50-60 threes in a game is common.

Also the bench is contributing way more than last season when Thibs went with like a 8-9 man rotation that exhausted the starters to no end.

If they can win a decent amount of road games to go with their stellar record at home they are going to be a real problem when playoff time cones around.

LeBron with the most anti-Kobe move of all time

It was the right basketball play though, he had his time to score. Shot 4-17.

But yeah, Kobe is shooting that if it was up to him.

Most definitely was.   I hated watching Kobe’s hero ball BS in the non Phil Jackson years.

Knicks started yesterday’s game against Utah on a 23-0 run which is a record start since they started keeping that stat in 1997.
They ended up winning by almost 40, I know the Jazz kind of suck but Knicks look even better now than last season which was the best they looked in 30 years.

I hope they don’t break up this team to get Giannis. This may be my favorite Knicks team in 25-30 years.

Honestly these past few wins I see the vision Nico, coop is going to be a top 5 player in a few years, Ryan Nembhard is the steal of the draft, and AD is playing incredible.
I’ve been here for 7 years the medication don’t work I hate this place.

I mean Nico won’t get credit from me for having lucked into Flagg and Nembhart… But yeah, if and when AD plays he’s always been amazing. If and when being the issue most of the time

The nba is just a step or two above pro wrestling, if you look at the history of the nba every new owner pays dues, from the CP3 trade that was vetoed to the lakers then sent to the clippers (AD given to the pelicans in return through the draft) to the AD to the lakers trade (pelicans get 1 pick for Zion again) shit even look at Cleveland, how many times did they get the number 1 pick post LeBron? It seems to me many stars have been traded under new ownership, in addition the lakers were ready to sell the team I’m sure quietly for a year, and when the lakers get a blue chip in Luka that raises the teams value, when the lakers sell at inflated value every team in the league from the Hornets to the warriors is now worth more. It’s better for the league if every team is higher valued and it’s better for the league when the lakers have a star, In my opinion I believe Luka was sent to the lakers and flagged was promised to Nico in return.

that all makes logical sense, but the most illogical part of it all is everything that came out about Nico's obsessive disdain for Luka. Also now that he's fired, if the conspiracy was true wouldn't he spill the beans?

It’s Chinatown baby

I’m sure in multibillion dollar transactions from the corporate world to sports there are scapegoats and sacrificial lamb, I’m sure he got a nda and a check to go with it. In all reality it was probably never Nico to begin with just the nba making a deal with the mavericks new ownership, Nico could have just been the fall guy

sidebar

the Zionist group that owns the majority of the mavericks is trying to get gambling legalized in Texas, unfortunately you’d have to change the entire Texas constitution, so they now bankroll all of the lobbyists in the Texas legislature, and there are rumors of if they don’t get their way in the coming years a threat to move the 4th largest markets team in the USA to Vegas would be on the table.

Knicks impressed beating the Magic, Brunson gave them a 40 piece and they looked good on both sides of the ball.

Damn they have to play the winner of OKC/Spurs for the cup, I think they have a decent chance to beat the Spurs but OKC is going to be a tough ask.
They’ve lost one game the entire season!

I already called it NY winning the cup and chip both this year.

Fuck yeah Knickerbockers!!
Got the cup like I said , Spurs were tough for 3 quarters then folded like origami when it counted.

Brunson tournament MVP but he shouted out OG, Tyler Kolek, Mitchell Robinson and Jordan Clarkson in his speech, they were crucial tonight and a huge reason they won.

Like I said best NY team in 30 years, so much fun to watch.
They’ve won 6 in a row and 10 of 11 they are seriously balling right now, great building block and I know it’s not the title but the cup is a good feather in the cap for now and they’ll be right there come finals time.

Salty that Indy doesn't do shit this year, eh?

That was a fun game yesterday. Spurs are gonna be a menace when they come into their own, which I assume is gonna be sooner rather than later. Still nice to see my team big bro the next up and comers this way.

Haha, just playing. I was rooting for NY. I'm not really an Indy fan, more of a Haliburton fan so I'll have to wait for next season. He just gave my nephew a free pair of Hali 1's, but honestly kinda feels like Joslin giving out free Ventures.

KG will finally be back with the wolves now that glen taylor is out. He is a special character and I hope he can assert some of his energy to the team further down the road.

Otherwise spurs look great and I really hope that wemby can stay healthy in the long run.
