It’s weird cuz the all black samples he was wearing looked pretty sick. Was still hoping they would do better for the first drop tho

I'm really surprised people skate 4s. I had some forever ago that I never wore and thought "Maybe I'll just skate them.", but then I put them on and stood on my board. They felt way too thick. And I'm not a thin vulc guy at all.

I think for the SB version, they removed the air unit from the forefoot in addition to making the forefoot midsole thinner, should have much better board feel but prolly not as good as say a dunk

I do love skating Ishods, but they simply dont stand a chance against anything from NB

From all the shoe people I know, Jordan's have taken a turn. They sit on the Nike site when they'd sell out prior. Other than basketball and skateboarding, there's not many other front runners in rotation of what they manufacture hype for. They trickle designs/collabs people HAVE BEEN interested in seeing purposefully and fully considerate of their market for what's hype or needs to be for the other shoes in their respective lines to sell as well. Nothing sinister, just bidnez. It's the pairing of these models with skateboarding in the vein of helping it(skating) that can be read as sinister, but again, just bidnez. If you don't think this will boost or is intended to revamp/boost Jordan sales (such as the Travis Scott's), then idk. Also, I like the spacing after your periods. Very legal of you.

Why do you say that? Everyone is doing raffles and all those sneaker fools roll in 10-20 deep for these highly saught after ones (bring friends/fam to get more tickets). Their urge to get these shoes for personal collection or flip is SO MUCH strong than for anyone who skates and isn't a sneaker geek. Yes, most Jordan wearers are probably not very active. Glad Nike is starting the year out strong for y'all.
