Not to sound completely fucking insane and stupid, but I literally just had a dream that I bought Dunk Hi's in all black that were not disgustingly bulbous in the tongue and the heel area and it made me realize that this is basically my dream shoe. Is this something that exists in any way? I know there were the decons a few seasons back, but wasn't sure if there were slimmer fitting dunk highs available now. Someone please help I'm dying for this shit.

Alternatively, does anyone have experience removing the stuffing from a dunk high? Specifically the back ankle/heel area where it's the most ginormous? Seems kinda dumb but I'm a pretty short guy who loves dunks and regular dunks look like clown shoes on me.

I think i prefer the thinner version with the slight padding, but i skated these and the soullands that were pretty much the same things and i loved them both. The only thing that i feel could be better is that theyre slightly looser than the normal dunks or even the thin version. I had the red and white BA colorway and the KB colorway that both had thin padding and they were some of my favorite shoes ever.

I'm 9.5 in most Nike, so far aside from bullshit like StockX I've only found the all black in my size on some UK site (which I might honestly go for once I have any money to burn) but I may not have the same shoe-hunting prowess as others. Been waiting for Nike to fully embrace silhouettes from there bball line in their SB line. To me basketball shies now have a pretty good balance of being techy looking without looking totally insane or unfashionable which seems like the part that skate designers are always struggling with.

I think they’re a Jordan training/gym shoe. They look similar to the the Zoom Command and the sole looks like it has the heavy duty Metcon rubber in some spots.

skated really well (after breaking in....) I’d still have them 20 years later but I bought them too small thinking that was a good idea. These were somehow better than the next version, these had more grip. What would be the equivalent? Skating in foamposites? I’ve picked foams up and thought about it, they seem like they’d def protect ya’ feets.
