Every major shop has a decent shipping and returns policy.

Pretty easy really.

Gone since 1988.  I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

If I can't get the pink pig dunks in a raffle (which I probably won't) I found a slightly used pair of these I wanna skate.

I got no idea about 8.1 shapes as i just finished skating my first one. I had already found some with similar dims but the general lack of stock in the UK and the minimal info shops give on their websites meant i had to go on a safari, so i guess the more similar boards i know of the easiest its going to be to find one at a shop i want to support

Had one before but never really put it to its full potential. Eventually donated it. Curious to try it again and properly set it up, although it sucks they raised their prices.

Check the websites of

Slugger Skate Store
Slam City Skates

and also Paradeworld.

Not perfect info all the time but they have a lot of stock now. Most measurements are there to find if you scroll down to the details.

madness 8.75/31.95?/14.25

nose and tail are listed as 6.65 and 6.5 respectively, not sure how that adds up to 31.95 in total. would be happy if its closer to 31.75 in length.

im over trying to adjust to mellow kick boards, just not for me

pretty embarrassed to say i was over it in one session. the shape was fun but it was too mellow even as a #1 in the stack. yet to find a steep tailed, short wheelbase 9+ deck that isnt dwindle......guess im asking for too much.

looking to sell it honestly

Jerry Madrid is my dad's cousin. Really nice guy. Never had a chance to talk to him for very long, but I'd love to get some stories about young Lucero when/if I ever do.

So I don't derail the thread, I am currently thinking about buying a shitload of boards and shoes, and maybe even splurging on some Swiss Ceramics once this round of covid money hits.

I'm wondering, has anybody ridden a cafe deck?

I like the graphics a lot, but curious about the shape.

Looked some up as I don't recall the name, but they come up as Skateboard Cafe

EDIT*** and are said to be pressed by HLC (not Dwindle) and seem to be fairly standard shapes and sizes.

This shop has really good views, both top and bottom in clear detail:

In some department store in here for whatever reason you can find Lakais for 50%, they have the classic black/white Sheffield which I assume are "1st gen", non XLK sole.
Any comments?

They don't need much break in time and have a really nice boardfeel. But if your ankles are a bit weak like mine, you are better off with a XLK version of the Sheffield.
I wear these shoes almost daily for working and they are really comfy and soft. Just not very much support, especially if you walk around in them for a few hours.
But I have weak ankles so it could be different for you.

I don’t need it but blood wizard rennie deck that’s 8.5x31.5 14.25 wb. They have a 8.375 same length and wb but I kinda miss the extra foot room on an 8.5.

Rode 2 pairs and really loved it. Toe box a little narrow but stretches out by the end of the session. Design is basic and no-frills, great if you like that style of shoe. Vulc grips very nicely for flips but heelflips are a little lacking, though I'm not the best judge since my heelfips are ass. Sole was really lasting, got a good 2.5 months of 2-3 sessions a week, 3 hours each. Only downside was the thinness of the sole, great board feel but landing primo sucked donkey balls.

Overall, DC did a great job with a stripped down version of Kalis' shoe, it's almost unrecognizable from his pro model. They are probably clearing stock for the next season's colorways and the mids which are hitting stores now. The white ones look really nice.

Great basic shoe if you can get it on discount, I managed to get mine for $25 USD. Great value at that price.

Edit: if they made the Kalis S in a somewhat similar styling (cupsole + better lace loops) I would be all in on those.

Currently am keeping an eye out for a grosso shaped deck, and would love to throw those new aces on it. They have popped up a time or two at retail and I wish I would have grabbed one
