I like these except for the big fucking N. That ruins every New Balance shoe for me. Same with the standard swoosh. I like Adidas's stripes and the Asics wave.

I believe so. Seems like the stars are stars are always in it. I watched a little NHL playoffs when the lightning won 2021? Ish. They're quite fun. Fast paced etc.

Well, I’m quite disappointed with the shoe quality here. Sure they do look very good. They felt a little rigid but once I broke in they felt great. But my biggest gripe is the quality. I didn’t skate them, I wore them throughout the year as « casual » shoes etc, but not everyday.
Bought them late June 2023. Now they are starting to fell apart. The sole on my right shoe is starting to come off from the toe tip… it has never happened to me before. I still have pair of shoes from 10 years ago…
so I decided to skate them, we’ll see! From what I’ve seen on the internet, they still look great when they are skated to death haha.
I’ve had this happen with my fastbreaks and with my new balance 480s. I’ve probably skated 15 pairs of fastbreaks from all suede to leather any nylon and it only happened once. First pair of 480s was bad though. Love both shoes and didn’t really impact how they skated.
