.
I was thinking things had settled down a fair bit now too, but I could be wrong.
Definitely way less in the way of changes in the second half of 2022 in brands using different woodshops than there were from 2019 through to 2021 anyway.
There are a few posts and threads I have seen lately which I will not link here, but it is interesting to see what people are saying about a few woodshops, be it good or bad.
I always try to keep this thread very much "Fact only" in what I post and add to listings, but of course there are always still some errors in the main lists on the first page, along with some opinions which are posted. I get it though, everyone has their own experience with different boards.
Even between ten of the same board, I have had some that last ages and others that have lasted hours, most likely due to how they were skated more than anything else, but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth if a board seems to go soggy, chips up easily or just straight up breaks when I didn't feel like I was doing anything break worthy on it.
As to certain people's like or dislike for certain woodshops, that too is not something I have issue with, but I do value having their reasons for it as well, not just comments like "This woodshop is great and this other one is shit" or something like that, which doesn't really help anyone.
At least people in USA generally get much more choice than someone in say EU or here in AU, but there are still differences in supply even between some of the top brands on different continents too, so if anyone notes something different or other than listed, please comment, add pics and other info, etc.
It is all greatly appreciated.
