So I can see it on my phone if you quote it or did you edit something?

You posted the wrong link in the img bracket - you posted the library link as opposed to the link to the photo in the library. I could see the link when I tried to quote you, followed said link and got the correct URL for you.

Thank you! You just opened up a whole new slap world for me - I’ll have an avatar in no time :)

If anyone is interested I have that girl phawt shape deck gripped and only skated once. Would be willing to trade for a set of 8.5 Trucks, a deck or whatever else. Pm if interested. Wasn’t really expecting the nose to be that pointy. I can’t stray too far away from the popsicle shape

Did you skated it with 159s or 151s?

Just ordered a big egg. The short wheelbase for its size seemed appealing to me.

169s would be fine on a big egg or too large?
Thank goodness we have HangtenNoseblunt in here as the voice of reason.

The polar football looks amazing.
I'm wondering if ace 44s will be ok.. or should I shoot for 55s?

I just set one up with Venture 5.8s and they are perfect. Ace 44 will be slighty short but the nose and tails taper down to about an 8.2ish  Ill have to double check. 55 will be nice but lots of wheels sticking out.

Edit: yeah 44s would be perfect. The board at the widest point is 8.75 but feels like a 8.25.

Thanks man!
Only thing stopping me is the weight of a bigger shape. I like flipping my board and I usually skate 8 inch decks so this would be a big jump. The shape looks so sick though

I'll probably go with the polar shape.
The cromer one has such a short wheelbase at 14.12.

Here's the impact stripe, kennedy and big egg side by side.  The kennedy has a pointier nose and slightly fatter tail, big egg is more symmetrical football, and the impact stripe is more like the kennedy but just feels overall bigger.

What kind of Thunders would fit that CK board?

Check out Welcome's Chris Miller shapes named "catblood" and "catblood 2.0" they felt pretty good u der the feet
came to second this comment, the Catblood I had was great and I've got a Catblood 2 that I just dick around on sometimes. It's a good round shape but more subtle than a 90s football.

Catblood 2.0 which is 8.75 at its widest

OG Catblood which is the exact same shape but 8.5 at its widest. Both are 14.75 wb

new shapes sometimes come from brands but most of the time it's just a new option from the woodshop

Throwback board with the twist being I never skated boards this shape at the time.
Thunder 151 fits nice
Bones V3 worn down to about 50mm

Going to do some pressure flip noseslides.
Hey, hey, hey. Don't be mean. We don't have to be mean because, remember, no matter where you go, there you are.
