I think after much back and forth about what role, if any, this thread had in TK's mental decline and his murder of an innocent skateboarder, everyone just felt there wasn't much good to come from discussing it further. RIP Josiah Kassahun

holy fucking bump. There's not really any coming back from this for TK, its sad because he clearly needs mental help. Very sad someone lost their life at the hands of someone else's mental disorder. Not that this is the first time something like this has happened, but its still horrible.

TK showed the world what really happens when you fuck with baker, and it was a lot worse than we thought.

Last i read is he is refusing counsel that they are proving him…so he is sitting in jail til judges forces him to accept someone to defend. No court day set

I'm curious what kind of plea deals he was being offered? I'm guessing they were so long of sentences that they just decided to go for a hail mary acquittal.

Illinois does not have the death penalty and even if it did I don't think this is crazy enough for that. Terrible tragedy but not premeditated.
