Where are you all getting these slick Venture stickers? I never get them with my trucks
The only free shit with trucks that I’ve ever gotten are metal tags with Thunders if they’re signature (pro). Venture stickers are free-$2 depending on the shop, what you buy, and how much or often you support the shop.

That DOA is great, including the sticker placement.

Polar P2 8.5
Venture cast 5.8 w/hard Indy bushings
51mm Big Heads
Total crap grip job. Used a dull pocket knife. Oops.
Top pic is for anyone curious what a P2 looks like

Pretty different setup from what I'm used to.

GT Partytime Tea deck / Anti-Hero 8.38 x 14.5
Mob grip
Indy Stage 10 139s - newish bushings out of a kit
53mm Spitfires F4/101a
Bones Race Reds

Probably one of my favorite graphics in the last year, love me some sleepytime tea.

Wasn't familiar with this shape so I looked it up. Looks fun af. I'm trying to avoid spending too much on gear, but I'm interested in this one. Do you think Ace classic 44s would magic carpet too much on this deck?

Well the board is only 8.8 in the widest part which is just below the front bolts. At the back bolts it measures about 8.375 and at the front bolts it measures about 8.625 so you could possibly get away with the classic 44s although I personally feel like i'm cutting it close using indy 149s so you might find that the 44s are just too small.

Appreciate the measurements. Yeah like you and versacekid420 said it seems like 44 classics are too small. If I ever upgrade to 55 hollows I might revisit this.

I started out searching for a perfect set up again after breaking 4 primitive decks in less than a month.
I could swear they were warping after every light session as well. Might be that I'm 250 pounds with gear on lol

I've had this board since 2020 or so when it got reissued. I could never get it to work. Tried stage 7 indys, modern indys, ace and venture.
I tried these thunders now and it worked. I was skeptical cause wheelbite but it doesn't wheelbite as much as i thought.
8.5 AWS with a 14.18 wb. I think wheelbase matters more than deck width and concave. I could skate a 7.5 with low ventures and the 8.5 with thunders with little adjustment. They have almost the same wheelbase.

Black Magic grip. Its the best.

Thunder 151 , added hard indy bottom barrel and venture loose kit top green bushings. Not for performance but for looks. Rasta colors man.....
Prize fighter 53s with swiss 6

Shoe rotation are Halfcab pros, af1s, puma suedes and jordan 3s. Size 13.

I love them. I’ve had them for about 3 years, and just started skating them 4 months ago. I’ve had them in every variation, stage 10 and 11, these turn just like normal Indy’s, but have a faster snap.
