Vans Sid Pro fits really wide to me. I've got a wide foot but was swimming in them especially after they broke in, ended up having to Rambo lace it real tight to keep skating them.
Side note, consider in investing in a shoe stretcher. I bought this one a few years ago:

It fits into your shoe like a shoe tree/foot form does, but when you turn the dial it opens up the toe like in the photo. Your shoe looks funky as it is being stretched, doesn't look like a foot, but after you let it sit over night or up to 2 days and take it out, it relaxes to a more normal foot shape that is remarkably wider than it was originally.
I've used it to make some cheap adidas and converse samples I bought on eBay fit. Samples are size 9, and I'm more like a 9.5 or 10. It really does the trick, shoes fit great! They can stretch about a half size in length using that dial, and basically two sizes in width using the toe splitting dial on the stretcher. That width gain should help you.
One word of advice, the width stretching works best on suede constructions with fewer seams. A suede toecap is fine, but a suede toecap with crazy underlays and layer on layer may not work as well.
