A younger gen homie I know showed up to try the rail out front of my building kinda late tonight, but since he chose to come at night to skate a residential spot, I decided to highlight the ABDness of it when I poached the clip.  ;D Alien did that shit over a decade ago. Good thing the only neighbor who decided to come out was so wasted that they won her over. Haha.

Someone regular foot needs to back smith that thing. Would make an amazing photo.

Had this couch with a gross scratchy cover on it I never really sat on because it made me itchy. Took the cover off and set up a tv with SNES/PS1 and now have a new place to sit when my house is too hot in summer.

After sitting for a while I scratched my face or something and was like the the fuck is that smell. The back of my hand and forearm stink like some rotten shoes from being on the armrest. The I don't know why but the leather fucking stinks.
Couch is still pretty comfy tho

IT WAS A TYPOOOOOO!!! Hahaha.

For real though, it's just inconsiderate to do something like that late at night. I don't personally mind cause I'm stoked to see it, and homie who did it is a good guy ... but being inside I can see why it pisses people off when someone is skating the front of your house. It was actually super loud and felt like someone was literally skating inside the building. Do that shit in the daytime. People are still gonna be pissed but at least you're not waking anyone up.

Last guy I filmed doing it in the day was regular and got tuned right up. Had to call it a day.

I've been watching this mushroom grow in my backyard for the past three days. Never seen anything grow this fast before. Yesterday I was home for a while and it seriously got bigger by the hour.

My 10-year-old was out of town with his grandma this weekend. Kid wasted no time kicking it over and stomping it out as soon as he got home... Kinda bummed, but whatever. It was a fun 3 days.

Nah, they're counting on getting dudes drunk and selling them completes in an inebriated state for the "I used to skate" crowd to take a few pushes on before it goes in the garage to collect dust.
I take back not being stoked, they’re decent enough people and this is a great business model. Maybe it’ll get some old heads back on, so I can stop being the one the young kids call OG since I’m only 30.

I had some random shrooms in my backyard a few months ago but this thing is a beast. My son did the same "Hey dad, look a these mushrooms" as he moonwalked through them all

I mean, bartenders are god pretty much in a bar. Dude could give you free drinks to lower your inhibitions and commit the sin of buying a complete not knowing the dimensions if they're good at their job. All they gotta do is get you to say, "Just put it on my tab!" since you're already buying high priced liquid to turn into urine. You're already literally pissing away your money at the bar.

Since Trevor Moore's death seems to be a bunch of reaction videos on YouTube watching whitest kids sketches.
I fucking hate reaction videos they are the laziest least creating way to make 'content'. It's just stealing someone else's work.
But the positive is I guess it might bring new fans to whitest kids you know/Trevor Moore and get more exposure for a sort of under exposed program.
Problem two (and there's no way to explain this without sounding like a snobby dickhead) they arent really getting what the point of a lot of the sketches are about. It's from the "edgy" comedy years so there's some sus stuff but usually it's not actually the point of the sketch. Eg they have a sketch about the grapist which is a dumb mascot for a soda company. The joke isn't that grapist sounds like rapist but about how stupid advertising companies are. But these people just laugh at oh he's gonna grape them that's sooo funny.

got a couch for the first time in my adult life last week. I've always had floor seats or cushions to sit on, or at the kitchen table. So it's kind of cool to be sprawled on the couch right now. And, it sucks because it's awful for my back to be slouched on a couch. already, my hips hate it.

Yeah gotta be careful. Since covid started I probably spend 10x more time sitting on the couch. But now it's at a point where I can't sit anywhere else for long before my back starts killing.

i am so getting a big ass couch whenever i will live without a roommate again. like one of those fat l-shaped ones that are basically a bed with a backrest and with a couch on the side. i sometimes watch louis rossman videos and he sits in this enormous padded chair that makes him look like a midget. i want these things.

Watched this movie "shadow in the cloud" it's legit the worst fucking thing ever.

But I watched it with my mum and older sisters who don't give a shit about critiquing movies (will generally say something like "omg who gives a shit just watch it nerd" if you point out something is bad) but they were absolutely losing their shit getting angry/yelling at the tv at how bad the movie was. (Which was very fun for me)

For anyone who hasn't seen it (and I absolutely do NOT recommend it) it's a movie that tries so hard for women empowerment that it actually is negative for feminism. (Or that's the jist of what was being yelled at the screen)

I lived like this for years too. I'm finding the transition to be a difficult one. It's kind of uncomfortable to sit on a couch. It feels like a huge statement haha.

Friends always think i'm weird because I prefer a cushion on the floor. After years of squatting houses and living with minimal stuff it's a hard habit to break.

Pulled something in my right calf. Stoked I'm skateboarding hard enough to push my body's limits still. I need to make sure to warm up and stretch more since the temperature is starting to go down.

Fucked up a job interview today.

The job would have been a dramatic change in my life and an exciting adventure.

But, it would have been in the middle of Siberia. And, even though living in Siberia would be a crazy adventure, it probably would have sucked as well.

In my attempt to become Morrissey:

My job interview went better than expected and the company wants to fly me out to Siberia for a final interview.

Fuck me, hanging out in Moscow, Sochi, or St. Petes is one thing, but fucking Siberia, I'm not sure I can hang, but I feel like if I don't go I'll miss out on some crazy ass life adventure.

Oil and gas is really big out there, but they are trying to diversify and modernize their economy. I'd have some standard white collar job that isn't in the oil or gas industry. The company seems fun, but it is still operating within the boundaries of the Russian system.

It is a four hour plane ride from Moscow to Tomsk. Siberia really is the absolute middle of nowhere. It is frightening how far away it is from the rest of the world (which is part of the adventure).

The key draw is the adventure, but then again, I've been to a middle of nowhere Russian town before (Kursk) and a week there was long enough. And, even though Kursk is 2.5 hours from Moscow via plane, Kursk is at least on the European side of the Ural Mountains.

Had a mini meltdown because I overloaded our dryer then it died and I couldn’t get it to turn on.  Was looking at repair quotes, pricing out new ones, about to go buy a multimeter to tear it apart and check wires, etc…

Then my girlfriend switched out the blown fuse in the panel box and fixed it.  To say I was humbled is an understatement.
