red and white atlantics are nice. the "grass" stuff is original at least, but not so sure itd look good on actual feet

grass telford lows look pretty sick IMO.

I think Lakai is taking more chances lately I hope it's working out for them. My local, gets all the Lakai releases now. And kids are buying them.

thats the right move. i love telfords and have bought 7 pairs in the last 2 years (more to have diff colorways - they've almost all held up), but they're really inconsistent in fit and can be overpriced. the red/green/black his barely fit my feet, heelcup looked way smaller/narrower for some reason.

i have an old mongoose from the early 90s. they were supposed to be really good back then. but then they got sold around a lot and i think their name is now licensed to make dept. store bikes mostly. and i think they still make some legacy bmx stuff. in the very early stages of bmx mongoose was something like their powell peralta i think.

I'm liking those emericas. I agree the eyelet is kind of pointless but it still looks good. My question though is why does emerica have to put the pros name in big letters on the tongue? Does everyone really need to see SPANKY on my shoe? At least the Servold slip cups were embossed but even that is unnecessary when the shoe is so clean otherwise. These look to have gone back to white lettering and you can't even see the whole name anyway. What's the point?

I feel like those Servolds look a lot more like they came from the State/Dekline designers, not Gravis/Dylan.  I agree with whoever commented on the decorative stitching...way too much all around. Clean it up
