Those 440s are tempting, and I actually like the colorway too.
What's sizing like for those? I'm TTS in Sbs and Vans. I like my shit a little more snug.
just came a few minutes ago. they feel a bit snug. maybe half size up?
everybody else is saying TTS, though

I just received mine. They fit a little snug but think it's because I need wear the toe in a little bit. I like how wide they are. They feel pretty good.

For reference, I usually wear a 12 1/2 in adidas (mostly the Puig), I can't fit in 12s, so I usually skate 13s.

So you got a 13? I am around a 12.5 as well and its tough to go up to a 13 or down to a 12 usually. I have a 13 in the 440 (white/gum) and they're a bit long in the toe, so went down to a 12 with these cheapies to skate. Not due until Fri

I bought a 12. Let me know what you think.

Just curious, what other brands have you tried and how do they fit? That extra space in the toe box with 13s has really been messing with my board feel lately.

I feel 440 are 100% 0.5 size up from your normal size. Toe box is square and wide but it's not that wide. You need a 0.5 size up unless you have slim, dainty feet, in my opinion.
If I had gotten size 11, I would have had to return them for being too small. I got 11.5 in these and they fit perfectly. Snug but not crammed.

For reference, I'm an 11 in Accel Slim/Plus, Silo, Dunks/Blazers, Vans, NB 913 and an 11.5 in Marana, Joslin, Legacy Slim, Kalis S, NB 255, 533V2, and 288.

Hope that helps anyone still trying to cop some 440s

Been skating my 440s for a few days.  I have what I consider really wide feet and went tts.  They felt a little snug at first, but then got comfy pretty fast wearing them around the house.  When I started skating them they felt a bit snug again, but now feel great after the first few sessions--in fact, better than any other shoe I've tried in the past couple years by a longshot.  For those who find them a little too tight or narrow, they'll probably loosen up and feel pretty much right once you get 2-3 hours skating in them if my experience is anything to go by.

I superglued the stitching (shout out, tzhangdox) so I'm not worried about the upper lasting for as long as the sole holds up; and the sole is nice--lots of grip and doesn't seem like it will go flat too fast.  I prefer gum rubber where I can get it, but whatever they use feels pretty close to gum in terms of grip on griptape and dusty skatepark concrete.

What I really like so far: fast break in for a cupsole; perfect amount of boardfeel now that they're broken in; the midsole is soft and supportive enough that the minimal insole personally doesn't feel too minimal; toe shape is amazing; way low for a cupsole so ankle rolls aren't as likely (also, lower translates to better boardfeel in this case); laces are up high enough to avoid most wear; feels pretty floppiness-resistent around the forefoot; overall good materials, design and construction.  A no-frills, comfortable, functional shoe.

I'm actually stoked I got a few pairs; I've wanted to try 440s for a while based on their good reputation, but they looked doofy to me in pictures and I couldn't commit.  They look way better in person, feel so good on my aging feet and joints, and are really working so far for my skating.  Some wild, crazy ass fell-off-the-back-of-a-truck-feeling deal.

I need to stop visiting this thread. Skate sales be beating my wallet harder than 16 year old me beat my meat.

Fortunately I do so I went TTS and they're perfect. If I went .5 I would have had too much toe room. Like the room to grow into my mom would always look for growing up.

I just bought a pair of trucks from daddy with the code daddies10 for 10% of.  Pretty much the only kind of deal you're gonna find on hardgoods these days until buttfart uncovers another doozie.
