Just got the notification on my ring app my DOA boards I ordered yesterday are already delivered. Good price and fast shipping, if these square shapes work out I'll be back for more.

Yeah, ended up getting two 8.25 squares and a tshirt for 63 shipped. Having measured my current deck which is supposed to be 32, but is actually more like 31.87 ish, this hopefully isn't far off. I'm really tall and remember having a 31.75 FA a while ago that felt wayyyy too short, but lately I've downsized my length, width and wheelbase so maybe this time it won't be as noticeable as last time.
[close]

Awesome dude, like I said I doubt you'll be disappointed. For what it's worth, I've got an 8.25 Hockey and a couple of DOA squares and I feel like the Hockey feels shorter even though its technically a cunthair longer, maybe because of the shorter wheelbase or the ski ramp nose. The main difference I found between the two was the DOA has a slightly longer wb (14.25 vs 14.12) and doesn't have as much disparity between the size and steepness of the kicks. South Central wood is really good too, it lasts forever and has great pop without being overly stiff and hard.

Fingers crossed. Having only recently sized down from 8.5 to 8.25, if the kicks are really full and make the board feel bigger like an 8.38 that will still be pretty manageable. 14.25 - 14.3 ish wb is my current preference. I've only had one South Central before and I cracked the nose a few plies deep doing a fakie flip on flat 10 mins after setting it up, probably bad luck as I've heard a lot of good things about it. As long as its not too short it should be ok.

chris.

He gets the orders out so damn fast, it’s great. The sale got extended another day as well if anyone was interested. I’m trying to be a little more fiscally responsible at the moment or else I’d have 3 decks on the way but I hope you guys buy em all up, enjoy the product, and come back for more. Great company.

Yeah Fletch is super on point with his shipping and because of where he's located they get transported really fast. I'm in Pittsburgh which isn't exactly close to him and I've still had them show up next day, although it usually takes 2 days. Really glad to see DOA getting even more love and respect than usual lately. He just does things the right way - with sincerity and passion - and it shows.

Thanks to everyone for helping me clear out some stock for spring.  Hopefully everyone enjoys the boards, or resells them at the park for more than they paid.

Those DOA boards look pretty cool. I'm feeling the simple graphics...i really don't care for most graphics. Made in USA also? Fuck. Is the tail pretty stubby like FA/Hockey? I just set up an FA and i'm feeling it. I would be interested some similar decks

you have to get the square shape, otherwise slightly but not extremely pointy (more than standard deluxe shapes but less than standard baker shapes)

8.75 will be in the next run.  I always run it on flat as fuck mold since it makes the concave more standard on a wide board like that.

Probably going out of business. Their supply of skate stuff is tiny, couple of boards (Magenta and Hopps), 1 set of tiny trucks and 1 model of wheels. Getting Bones Big Balls at 1/2 does sound good thouhgh.

Ah, I gotcha, thanks! The gift cards are buy one get one free too on there so I was going to get those and wait until they have more stuff up and grab something then, but if they aren’t going to get more stock then there is no point

You probably get whiny requests like this a lot, but a flat fukker with a 14" wheelbase and <32 would be aces.  That said, I'm digging my 8.25 skypager.

currently im waiting on a sample of a tapered deck that has a 14" wheelbase.  not a football, but slight tapering on nose and tail.  I'm dealing with south central, so who knows when i will get a status update on that.

awesome, i loved the 8.75 FAF i had (posted it in the setup thread a few months ago) and will def order another one when those come out.  It already has a fairly full shape, but an 8.75 squared FAF is like the ultimate dream deck for me.

Grabbed a couple button ups. Great deals if they have your size. Went looking for shoes, not many options in 12 but worth a look.
