My bad.  All I did was highlight the address posted and hit go.  Found the proper link? Shame on me.  Legit.

Tgmskateboards.com is the proper URL

Yeah, that other link was sketchy.

eS and Emerica are having a labor day sale, a bunch of stuff 50% of and you can usually pair that with a first-timer WELCOME20 code, and I think there's a 15% or 10% code for return buyers. Free shipping on all orders too

Didn’t see the return buyer code, do you happen to have it?

Edit: 10OFF works

WELCOME20 works once per email address

Yes TGM Is legit. I’ve bought from their site and eBay store. Someone has mentioned that they possibly put scratch and dent/warped, b grades etc on sale. That’s just a hearsay though I don’t have proof that’s actually happened.

Edit: they actually have a sale section called scratch and dent.

They’re very obviously a company which deals in closeout goods. I imagine that, when a distributor like DLX does the inventory at the end of the year, they pull out the low selling stuff and dump it on to a wholesaler like TGM for a bulk price.

They’ve still got new clothes listed from the Fully Flared era.

I got KSLs coming for like $40 something shipped. Thank you brother. I got the lakai telford lows last month through a code in here too. Maybe a DC code will drop and I can get the manteca and do a threeway dunkalike shootout

I’m pretty sure on top of their new stuff, Tgm buys buybacks and overstocks. I got some boards with the zumiez tag on them.

Their scratch and deck section will have photos of the damage

The eBay stuff is usually more expensive to account for eBay fees, but they accept ebay coupons

I’ve always said I’d try a pair when I found them for $50 at Nordstrom Rack. This is almost as good, but I’m stocked up on shoes right now.

I always think about ordering a shop deck from them. Do you know who presses them or the wb on the 8.5-8.75?

I live in Ypsilanti and was thinking of getting out there one day. What's the deal with that shop? I've heard they have insane old stuff in person.
I used to have an account with them when I owned my shop from 2003-2008. They had nice prices on discounted stuff from legit brands from past seasons. Keep in mind this was basically before internet shopping got huge and so getting some of the pro stuff at a discount was good. Also, they had premium blanks back then that were very good for $14 a pop, in addition to their Chinese moose blanks. The premium blanks were pressed on Canada by premiere(?) and they would even do heat transfers for a couple bucks extra.
They sold all kinds of shit back then. Discounted Carcas and dvd for $15 a pair, dvds for $1, hardware in multiple colors for 75cents. You could buy an action camera from them with a fisheye for $50 which I thought was cool at the time. This was like razor cellphone days.
All in all, I had a good experience with them and to get 4 color printed decks on good wood for $16 at the time was a good deal.
They stopped with  the premium wood in 2007 or 8 and started to focus more on the moose and krown brand stuff.
That said, there was also a distribution called black market, from around 2004 or so. They were from Green Bay wi or Appleton. They made shoes that were $20 a pair wholesale. I sold a load of those shoes to broke kids and they held up pretty well. I even think they were made in the USA which is crazy.

BBS/ Generator I think. I was told they don’t use the typical “shop level” wood. I would have to agree based on the board I’m riding. I got sick of buying ( and looking at ) FA / hockey / quasi.   Switched to these just figured why not give it a go.  They’ve really been good.

TGM can go fuck itself I'll never buy from them again. I bought a pair of shoes from them and they charged me sales tax. There is no sales tax in NYC on any clothing or shoe (under $110 per item). Most online places know this but occasionally some place will charge it. Happened with CCS/Daddies and I just shot them an email, hey there's no sales tax on this in New York. With those places they just said oops our bad and refunded the tax, no big deal. I emailed TGM and said the same thing and it started a long email chain with them basically telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and that you have to pay local sales tax as if you bought them in store locally. I told them I'm well aware, but this doesn't incur sales tax in NYC where I am. Even sent them the screenshot directly from nyc.gov where it shows that. They basically just said fuck you you don't know what you're talking about. Horrible customer service and a bunch of morons that work there. And/Or they're just scamming.

I can confirm they are bbs. Not sure on the other measurements but I know that the 8.5 has a 14.5 wb. I emailed them about it a while ago and they got back to me with the measurements really quickly. Best shop

The Soletech code you can use across Es, Emerica, and Etnies webstores is RVW19SV15 to get 15% of your order. Good to use if you've already done the WELCOME20.

Repeat use has worked for me in the past!

It's pretty hilarious to be so butthurt over what amounts to the same amount as a Starbucks drink. Michigan sales tax is 6% here, and no matter where you order from, you will pay it, unless the company has a store in NYC. You are essentially conducting a retail purchase in MI, and you agreed to pay that amount when you went through checkout. Daddies refunded you because it's in their interest and they're one of the largest online retailers in skateboarding. A small hit to them is nothing.

The irony of this is that TGM offers free shipping so you saved $10 by having free shipping. This isn't even an amount that they would keep, this goes directly to the state. TGM reaps no benefit, and if anything, is taking a loss by giving you free shipping.

Find a legitimate reason to be upset, and stop wasting the time of poor customer service representatives with nonsense.

As annoying as the sentiment is, he’s broadly correct that most states let buyers be exempted from sales if they’re buying from a state without sales tax. It’s not as simple as not charging tax - there’s usually a complex and onerous form one must complete. I used to deal with this regularly with bicycle retail, where seeking an exemption often meant saving hundreds of dollars. Bitching about 6% tax on your sub-hundred dollar purchase is just whiny and honestly I appreciate TGM just saying “go fuck yourself”.
