I'm curious about this too. I already have a set of forged hollow Indy's and a set of standards. I like the standard baseplate more and was thinking about taking the hollow axle hanger and putting it on the standard baseplate as long as it wouldn't cause any issues.

I have BBS Element decks sitting right here in 8.25 and 8.38, the tails are both 6.5".
