Picked up the Huf x Girl deck.  Seems like a cost effective way to evaluate new Crail wood.  We shall see....

Same, first one in decades. Great price, RIP Huf, and dimensions are close to the Una Krooked deck that I’m riding now. It’s a win all around 👍🏽

Just got the Lynx Zero in the mail, they're a legit pair of shoes. I don't get why they were hated by some people because they're absolutely perfect imo

i just got 3 pairs for $35 shipped. I guess I had rewards points from a rvca order? Almost all the local kids who are good are riding the lynx so I guess they must be somewhat decent.

Dang, I liked the look of the Lynx but never skated them. Pretty tempted by 2 pairs for $42 CAD with free shipping. I like the Tyshawn Adidas though which are fairly bulky cupsoles. Should I size up to 12.5 if I'm 12 in Adidas and most other shoes? Lots of the reviews say true to size and I don't want my clown feet looking any bigger than necessary.

I am not a cup sole regular but happen to have both those shoes right now, The Lynx zero I just got today are noticably tightener in the toe area compared  to the Tyshawns of the same size.
Which might be a good thing, but either way, I'm happy with them.

Did you half-size up both shoe models? And what size are you? Cause you were who I was indirectly asking about sizing up since you mentioned it. What made you decide to go up a half size anyway?

My foot is a wide 10.5 so I got 11s in both. Based on the last few years cup soles have gotten narrowed, like looking at a NB440 and OG Accel side by side. I grew up in the late 90s era.
The toe of the DC is just more pointy so you feel it more if the Tyshawns where already getting cramped.

Bought a Girl at my local today for full price $65. Not entirely bummed since I’m supporting the shop but probably should’ve got 2 Huf x Girls for the same price.

How does the Fastbreak compare to the #NB 440H? Like do they run a little big like other Converse? I wear 13 but like them to fit a little bigger. The 440H are perfect for my foot.

I noticed that all of the decks on the Huf site are the same size, 8x32, so I’m curious if the Girl one is actually pressed by crail or if they just licensed the art out to wherever Huf gets the rest of their decks pressed

Bought the Fastbreaks. $36 shipped (after taxes and with that $5 sign up credit) was too much to ignore. I've spent more on lunch lol. If they suck I'll leave them at my local. I love the 440H, just need a little more padding in the forefoot. Hopefully these are roomy with the padding I need.

Thanks! Found some Nyjah 3s for $46 after tax. Shoes ship free as well. Good deals on Ishods, blazers and new balance as well, but since I ordered two Ishods from the tillys sale, I figured that was enough.

lol same. It's the one shoe I've wanted to try for a long time, finally took the plunge. If they don't skate great, well they look pretty cool.

Yeah I love how they look. I wanted to try them but wasn’t willing to pay $80 after being burned by some other shoes (Tyshawn’s and 1010s). If I enjoy them I’ll gladly pay full price in the future 😀

Primitive has 60% off on a lot of stuff.  Saw some decks for $28 and a couple for 26

Anyone ever ride the primitive team decks or know who makes them? I’m eyeing a couple $20 7.75

*edit
Just ordered 2 decks for $40 plus $10 for shipping. Hopefully they come with grip tape.

They also have mystery decks 3 for 90. Choose your size.

Free shipping on orders over $100

The team and mystery decks are made in China. Supposedly still pretty good decks. Their pro models are BBS.

I've skated four or five Primitive pro decks and all of them were made in China. They were great decks, but they were not BBS.
