feel like going back to the Blazer Lows might be just what I need and the GT's seem like a good middle ground.

GT Blazer is my favorite Nike to skate (along with the Gato). Really glad to see it coming back, I was very disappointed in the Blazer XT (supposed to be a combo of the Kennedy and GT and was worse than both- the sole was too high)

Nike has been using that weird furry suede on most of their shoes for awhile now, so I'm guessing it's nubuck, but I'll take that over most of the other stuff they've put out recently.

What’s wrong with nubuck? I’ve skated plenty of nubuck shoes they last just as long as suede or leather. No matter what material I noticed nikes at first look like they wear down quickly but then they just stay the same conditon for a few heavy sessions then die. Skating the purple lobsters now and those are holding up just fine.
No matter what shoes the ollie area is always the first to go and rip. I always get a hole 2 sesh in. Unless they are dc lynx those never rip.

That's so sick you are skating the purple lobsters. I would love to hear some hypebeast freak out when they see them scuffed up.

I hope those AJ1's aren't ridiculously hard to get but I'm worried they will be. The hype is building on them. Did the Lance Mountain AJ1 release in skate shops back in 2014? I know my local didn't get them.
