Decided to just have a look at the revHq web store today. I’ve been staying away from all things records for the last few months to protect my wallet, but I had this feeling I should look. To my delight I saw BANE give blood had been repressed on vinyl. Which made me so damn happy. Because Paying $200 for hardcore and punk vinyl is not something I can swallow. Now I just need them to repress “the note” and I’ll be complete.

i was gonna say theres no way you cant find a cheap copy of the note on discogs but apparantly people are truly that fucking stupid to think 1) that record is worth $200 and 2)someone is dumb enough to spend more than $10 for that record

Guess I’m Dumb because I’d spend about $25 on it.

Hardlore is the only podcast I've listened to every single episode.

Also, Forum of Passion might be the single hardest podcast to listen to.

Saw Speed last night with Big Boy, Extinguish, Field of Flames, and Threshold. Incredible energy. Felt like an old ass man. Hardcore is for the youth, and despite some questionable fits, the youth are killing it.

The fits are really bordering on nu-metal juggalo status. It’s really weird because the bands are not wearing shit like that.

you must not have listened to the Jamie Orque podcast

amazing guests with an often dull and socially inept host

revisited coke bust and a bunch of fastcore type of bands yesterday

coke bust were always so fun every time I saw em live. I see they still play every now and again, wish they’d make it out this way.

Reminds me that I randomly saw that grind band no/mas a few weeks ago who are also from DC. Went to see negative approach cuz my sister had an extra ticket and they opened. pleasant surprise cuz they fucking ripped live

Coke Bust was a treasure. booked, played and drove far away places to see them over the years. I always see Nick posting the most random gigs they are playing here and there. They would kill it on a Midwest/Mid Atlantic tour right now

caught the Combust / Wreckage tour last night. after seeing Wreckage i still dont 'get it', I thought maybe seeing it live would change my opinion but it was honestly worse. i only say this cause i feel like i'm the only person not fuckin with this band. Combust fuckin rocked tho, insane to me they arent as big as Mindforce or Pain of Truth.

Just saw them in Austin. Been a fan since that ep they dropped in 2021. Absolute rippers!

I just revisited this for the first time in like 12 years and it holds up.

Well I have like 9 Andy Anderson dated flight decks.

this is just too good. lyric-wise Weapon X remind me of I Hate You, who i always found extremely hilarious. This ep slays. Been a fan of World of Pleasure since their self-titled tape
