I'm not sure about the 35th deck..I bet @144p would be the dude for that one.. I emailed Slappys because I don't have IG and was hoping they would ship the 9's even if they aren't on the site for sale. I hope they do because that shape looks good.

they’re sitting unmourned in my basement with my boards and parts. They’re 161 hollow lights. Prob use 1/8” riser, maybe 54mm classics or even go smaller. Any thoughts.
snowed in freezing temps lately, and now it’s raining today.

Yes. I can Ollie just as high as normal.
Trucks are stock, nut flush. Its really squirrelly and stable at the same time. Its an awesome setup, landed my first back 360 on it and I think its making me skate faster going into grinds. Bigger wheelbases are fun. Anyone remember where Freddy is talking about skating 16wheelbases on acid with soft wheels?

He talked about it in the Tim O podcast and in another interview (recent-is, maybe Bobshirt?). Here is a pic of him doing a 50-50 on one of those long AWS decks via Chromeball:

i have a ditchwitch set up similarly & love it, except it's got ace 44s on it. how do you like the 55s, they poke out at all in the back?

They may stick out just a little bit, but its real close. Havent had a chance to touch concrete with them, so cant give much of an opinion yet.

Yeah that natas looks so fun.
If I had gotten any other graphic than the photo one I got I may have set it up.

This one falls in right under 9". It's 8.88". It's a shop board from Oasis Skateshop in Hilo, HI.  It's made by Generator.  I have Thunder 151's on it (no risers), and some 56mm Pig wheels, random hardware, misc grip tape, and some bearings I bought on Amazon, which are surprisingly working great. I only skate this deck in my backyard, on my quarter pipe. Excuse the dusty grip tape.

I figured it was close enough. But I can remove if that's a hard and fast rule.

Nah hang out for a while. Before long you'll be wondering what size trucks you'd like best on a 9.75
Also if i thought a mob of yewwing sweaty californians were about to wrap me up in a pabst-scented covid group hug I'd start pushing the fuck out of there too

Yup. I have four other decks that are 9.25 to 10.25. This one is the smallest I skate. I've posted a couple of the other ones a ways back in this thread.

Despite being smaller than 9+ that graphic is really nice. reminds me of 90s slicks. Gotta represent Hawaiian skating too 💪

For sure. I'm not actually from Hawaii. I just have family that lives around Hilo, and this is a sick skate shop that I wanted to support.

Think they were using clutch so any guesses on this shake? W6 probably? Disappointing if so with 15.25” wb
