nah it’s got a shaped nose. This is in their stories right now

That's a cool shape, I don't remember ever seeing anything similar.

~9.85" deck (forgot the exact measurements) with 14-14.5" wb I cut/finished myself (set at 14.5" rn)

US Indy 169

Dogtwon 60mm 97a single conical wheels (pretty stoked to try something different)

Bones Swiss

1/4" mini logo riser

Indy 1 1/4" hardware

MOB (sloppy application/cut but w/e it works)

Posting this for anyone wondering how this shape handles street. Skater (not me) and filmer (not me) tagged in the post.

Celebrated quitting my toxic ass job (and getting a better one) with a Christmas complete.

SeaRat 10” popsicle (Corgi for scale)
Indy 215s
1/4” Dooks risersk
Spitfire Charger Conical 58mm
Bronson Raws
Mob Grip
[close]

Sick stuff. Let us know how that deck performs, I've had my eye on Sea Rat for a while.

Had my first session on it today. It was fun. Spent more time trying to break in the trucks. But I love the squared off nose on this thing. Might switch over to 56mm keyframes as the Chargers felt like I was bouncing off the curbs.

Reposting this from the set up thread

Had to retire my loveseat with the grip that had my pup painted on it. But I had another at the ready. Not really loving the short ass wheelbase but until the my next two decks come in I don’t mind skating a fresh one.

Girl loveseat 9.00 Simon bannerot
thunder 161 tiLights with the front truck top bushing cut down and no washers. Back truck has no top washers.
Spitfire f4 54mm 99a conical fulls
Bones big balls
Pyramid country grip, gotta support the homies
Thunder 7/8th Allen hardware.

Well I have like 9 Andy Anderson dated flight decks.

Did some digging and this post has good pics and info, both top and bottom pics of each - Ohhh Pelican 9.125 with 14.5 wb - as per question answered by the shop, so maybe hit them up for the length too.  I zoomed in and they are PS Stix as well, which is a plus.

Probably just me, but that pic didn't load on my end.

But yes, as you said, the shovel shape pops up here and there, as it looks like a more normal (shorter) version of the Antihero Orange Crusher, which is 9.1 x 33 with 15 wb that I bought second hand recently, so I think that would work well.  I don't even notice the shovel nose when skating or doing anything.

the pic above was an orange eagle that didn't load for you. But a shorter/smaller wb than the orange eagle would be ideal. Seems like a nice full shape around the front bolts too.

https://www.companybe.com/Emage/product_photos/rd_images/rd_anti-hero-orange-meanie.jpg

Does that come up there?

I know that some things are blocked from AU, but that one just seems to not be able to reach the destination, the tracert just stopping - sorry if you are not into old IT stuff - but from the name I was guessing it was the same board as I just bought second hand (middle of the pic).

What I was going to say too, is there seem to be more blue and green shaped eagles coming out in the near future (same shape, different graphic to what I put up), along with a few other wide but short boards from AH which might be of interest to some people here.

Think Antihero Gnarhunters type of board only with Beachbum graphic... 9.55 x 30.4 with 14.2 wb.

yeah that works @Mbrimson88

don't love the heavy taper of these, but i do suspect they'd sell well if AH came out with some more larger shaped stuff.

I’ve only have ridden a Dane1 with 55’s, and I will always recommend that. It makes it really similar to dane’s set up. That being said if you’re heart set on riding Indys, I’d recommend the 159s

I’ve been wanting to get the 91’ for some time now, but I went with the Dane 1 cause I wanted a shape more old skool authentic. It reminds me of a Hensley King Size I had 30 years ago.

Trucks 169 Indy
Wheels 54 mm/92a sml wheels
2.5 mm PC Rizers Patent Pending—not really
Bearings-not Swiss
Bolts 1” Phillips

Repost for @art hellman the above is my main set up now. I switched wheels to F4 classics 55. I can’t imagine going smaller than 169s. It’s perfect...

What's good with the 1" wood block risers?

Dane1 159 gang. Tried it on 66s first and found my way there.

i had 169 standards and 54mm Keyframes with 1/8” risers and enjoyed it. Worked well together. Ended up being too short/wb for me being 6’4”

Nice!

Most people I know have them with Spitfire classics or OJ Teamriders around the 60mm size wheels, but it looks like fun on the Indy 169s with Spitfire 53mm classic wheels.

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

If the rumors in the Polar Shapes thread are true, this may be the last 1991 we see.  Real bummer because it's such a great shape.

9.25 1991
Indy 159 Ti with aftermarket bushings and riptide pivot cups
55mm OG classic F4s
Super Reds
Jessup Ultra (really digging this actually)

I’ve only ever used it with 159s but 55s should work perfectly as well
