Lovely set up. Will be nice to have consistently available 9 with those dimensions. An idea on the length?

After a few months downsizing to 8.5 I went back to 9

Generator new 9 shape 14.6 wb
Thunder inverted 151 with 94a bushings
Spitfire f4 97 samples 56 og classic shape
Quantum isotopes
Jessup
Lucky risers
Rad rails
Roughneck 1” Allen

Sick. Love a 10" pop. Wish I could find one with a 14.5-14.75" wb

Thank you, sounds good, and maybe a lot like the polar 9?

It's funny how you adapt to board sizes so quick. When I rode 10" egg it felt enormous just like my 9.4 egg at first. Now the 9.4 feels pretty tiny, haha.

Black Label new 9" popsicle too, as well as similar dimensions to the DLX "Anchor shape" 9" popsicle.

None of which I have seen, but on paper and seeing pics, they all look really good.

Anything with a more medium wheelbase and length sounds good to me in that width.

I still have the orange eagle and a few others on the same wood, the 9 x 33 with 15 wb is good for some things, but I think a board of 9 by roughly 32.5 with around 14.5 or so wheelbase would be nicer.

Gone since 1988.  I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

The polar 9 is great but they haven’t made it in the last drop or two.
The black label 9 is a good one too, I go
Back to that one a lot but it’s a little long. This one feels more agile.

The kicks of the DSM wood just aren’t for me. I’ve tried them a few times over the years and I never liked any of them. And I don’t care for Palace. But thank you.

Yeah I’ve been trying to track down the remaining polar 9s near me, the wheel well versions are getting rare. Speaking of the anchor shape, been enjoying it more as it’s mellowed out, a little steep for me and maybe a tad short so prefer the polar, but still a good alternative. Skated a heated wheel 9 inch board prior and actually loved the shape, maybe longer with a 14.5 wheelbase. The wood went south quickly though, not sure why but it had no stained plys which stood out to me.

Glad you like the shop!
They are brown, had to get them
Since I’d never seen rails this color before.
I love the stain on this board too.

Beautiful. The yellow stain matches the devils on the graphic so well. Wish there was a place in the EU to reliably get Scram decks.

What brands consistently make 8.75-9 with a 14.25 wheelbase? Can’t find anymore Creature Stump boards near me and I’m getting anxious. Will probably find something a bit longer and start redrilling soon.

Krooked made a new pop at 9 with a 14.25
Fixer made a sick football with a 14.25

… I think they’re kinda lame but we all know heroin makes 14.25 on bigger shapes

Blood Wizard

Kevin Kowalski decks are usually 8.75” x 14.25” wheelbase. They’ve had some $25 decks on their website for a while too

AWS and Metal do standard 8.75 and 9 inch pops with a 14.25 - big and full nose/tails.

Good answers above.

The Misregistered series from Antihero are out locally in AU right now, from this catalog (as well as the Grimple Hewitt Asphalt Animals series:

https://www.antiheroskateboards.com/spring-2024/

Before that there were others also in the same dimensions, with the 8.75 x 31.75 with 14.25 wb, with what seems like at least one 8.75 in the shorter length and wb out each drop, current one being the TNT balloon logo "Bozos" series.

https://www.antiheroskateboards.com/fall-2024/

If you prefer a longer nose and tail, there are some others, especially the full kicks of the Alien Workshops / Habitat / Metal decks.

Seen a few others around online, but unsure if they are here in AU for you though, unless you are used to ordering from USA or elsewhere.

Gone since 1988.  I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.
