Did you ever hear that Jerusalem LP that was reissued a little while back? Heavy as fuck!

lately been listening a to of The Equals, one of the most underrated bands of the 60's. Their singer, Derv Gordon, is currently touring with some young mod band and it sounds great based on the footage I've seen on youtube:

was it the one from the early 70's or one that was released in the 2000's? I've only heard their first one from the 70's and yes, it was fucking heavy. i always look for the reissue whenever i go to the record store, but no luck so far. someone from this thread actually turned me onto that band.

definitely going to check out that equals stuff today.

another album that i want to kick myself in the ass for never listening to: Change Today? by T.S.O.L. i knew some of their stuff from punk-o-rama comps i had as a kid, but I never listened past that stuff which was pretty classic punk sounding. this album is super gothy, which i really love.

Yeah the 70's band. I picked up the LP reissue (i think it was 4 men with beards that released it?) and fuck that thing is a monster.

TSOL are one of those bands that everybody knows but I still feel like they're underrated. Everybody has heard Code Blue (baby's first punk song) but they were way, way better than a lot of those so-cal bands that grew out of that stale hardcore scene. Dance With Me and Beneath the Shadows are goth-punk classics (and quite possibly the best outside of Christian Death).
