i thought the whole point of this was to make shoes like the dunks more accessible to skateshops and skateboarders in general instead of catering to sneakerheads. Every shop got extremely limited quantities, so everyone is sold out already. It’s a bummer cause I wanted to skate the dunk lows

That is insanely stupid.  They’re already on StockX for $150.  Is this nike’s fault or did they just not foresee Nike nerds going apeshit for plain black and white shoes?  I guess if they made enough of them, or just always had black and whites available, it would kill the collector’s appeal.

Apparently Nike shortchanged everyone’s orders and they’re sending stuff at random. It seems like a way to create artificial demand for them. The next Orange Label drop is going to be spread out over three months, but the shoes will be in a reverse color scheme, so white uppers with black swooshes. Way to miss the mark twice on this. I still got the Gatos anyways
