@Yossi  I ordered late the 11th so basically 12th I think. And mine is scheduled for today. But both coming from different places. Check your email. And there should be an order number you can check on their site

^Thanks for the responses, guys. I called customer service and they said it was some unknown issue with the distribution. They reordered my shoes and are overnight shipping them.

if somebody has a spare $25 code, you'd facilitate me getting another pair of crockett high's at the vans store in the only colorway i don't have, shoot me a message. i'd be eternally grateful and will pass on the next code that i'd receive.

I wish I could help. My wife caught me ordering on Vans and then limited me to one pair instead of the three I had in my cart. So I wasn't able to get a $25off coupon. Sorry, Slappers.
Dude, does she drink? I thought my pro tips would help ease the spousal resistance. Sorry you lost that battle.

No she doesn't, doesn't help that she's working from home and I'm stuck on a military base for the coming weeks so she signs for all deliveries to our home. Can't get rid of the evidence.

But I think I'm good, for now....

Anyone confirm the dims on the AWS Filmworks deck? Looks like a 7.875 in the pic on their website which is an odd size.

Tactics shop decks back in stock, $40 with grip is a good price for BBS decks, if they even still use them.

Vans box was sitting on my porch at 7am this morning. 48 hours, for 4 pairs of shoes in a big boz for $80. If I have passed on my code it would've really been $55 for another 4 pair. Got one pair for my wife just in case she opened the box first.  That's another pro tip.

With one of those 10% off coupons, $36 for a BBS deck with grip. Can’t beat that. I wanna try their 8.75 board, it seems to have a longer WB than other 8.75 boards. Tactics is my favorite “large” shop, although they are much smaller than Zumiez and other big retailers.

35th Ave has nice decks under $40 too, and are a smaller shop. Seems like they charge minimum allowed retail prices on other brands like spitfire F4s for $35ish, instead of $45 or maximum retail. I like supporting small shops that have great prices.

I second 35th Ave. I’m lucky to have them local to me and it’s a small shop with a great inventory, good prices and positive vibes.

Is it just me or the bigger or more corporate stores are having way bigger sales with higher percentage off than ever before, which in turn makes it harder for the smaller shops?

I don't follow much of what is going on in the US with regard to that, but places like Vans online have been having huge sales and so many good shoes for oh so very cheap, as well as starting Boxing Day sales online at the start of Christmas day too.

Great for the customer, but sucks for the small stores which have Vans orders and still trying to sell stock that is retailing for almost what the wholesale prices are.  I know I have bought a ton of Vans from Vans shops and online at some ridiculous deals, even though I haven't bought anything much lately.

just my humble opinion but i think our corporate overlords are more than satisfied with how covid is killing mom and pop stores. the differences in sales are not just a coincidence.

Slightly off topic but maybe it'd be a good idea to compile something of a local shop directory here. Would make shopping online much easier.

Why is it that when I go to say mcdonalds basically it's the same as before but theres less tables and you wear a mask

but when I go to a family owned restaraunt they have to wipe down every single surface every time anybody comes to the counter etc?

Same thing with retail stores some (usually larger) stores barely give a fuck but smaller shops are subject to the strictest regulations wtf is up with that :(

In PA by the MD state line. Want out for our first "date night dinner"  in over 6 months.  They greet us with zero masks, were we had ours on, so they ask, do you need your server to wear a mask? "I'm yes please."  Not a single other employee wore a mask. I could see in the kitchen, none, the mixer behind the bar nope, server/greeters none. Place sells 50$+ plates.  People around here still think wearing a mask is a political statement, and now the hospitals are overflowing and most everyone has lost a family member in December. "Why is it getting so bad on our area?" Conversations can be heard in any public place.  Take down those Trump flags and make yourselves masks from it you idiots. Sorry, had to get that off my chest.

Came here to really ask, did the $25 vans code if you spend over $75 end? Thought it was good til 12/27? Don't see it anywhere now though.

EDIT* just saw the $25 code ended 12/20. I passed mine on to a pal, anyone else have an extra they want to DM me?
