I should be most excited for the alien egg, but the plush...
I saw it and bought it on the spot
Nothing I do deserves more than an iphone camera.

If they still had the soft-boiled deck, I would have to pull the trigger on that and the plushy egg toy. The 3 of us would of been so happy together. Fml.

* nevermind, I just read in the ig comments the soft egg is not sold out, it isn't available just yet. I hope I dont miss out the dimensions are perfecto!

I love it when brands are extremely transparent with stuff like this.

Damn. Now I get why their called Heroin skateboards, this sh*t is like crack. I can’t stop.

I got the Space Egg today, I couldn’t let that one go. I want the Gold Rush deck too

I just skated my 10” egg for the first time today. First big board, first egg. Love it, although don’t think I’ll keep the risers and 55mm cruiser wheels on it unless I’m going long distance. Didn’t expect I could Ollie it so well. The board doesn’t feel all that massive, but the height and weight of the wheels and risers throws me off. Also the cruiser wheels keep moving fast out from under me on me when I land weird.

10” Egg tapers down to about 9.5 at the rear truck and about 9.75 up front. +/- 1mm.

I’m using 169s, but ideally that big ace truck fits the best I’d say.

https://thehouseofvista.bigcartel.com/product/franky-villani-x-the-house-dec

9.1 Franky villani collab, early 90’s shape

That looks pretty good. I liked the primitive Villani, but the tail was a lil small. This one has a nice square tail. Pretty cool Franky has boards on primitive, this shop, and an enjoy series with his graphics.

How's that new Winkowski? Have you skated the old one by any chance?
The '80s were the worst period. You had these horrible pop bands growing their hair and calling themselves metal.

Im really enjoying it, but this is my first 8.5+ board. Its nice having the nose. The only thing I can comment on is that it feels really flat - i don't know whether I like it or not. Still can do all the tricks i was previously able to do, struggling a bit on 180 flips but I wasn't consistent with them before.

Both setups rule.  How are the mids? Any crazy wheelbite with 55s?

Can't skate right now because of my arm, but I set this guy up today as some therapy. Stripped my hockey deck to put this together, so I'm now big boys only.

Polar 92
5.8s
54 nfg v cuts
Some ancient bronze 7/8"s I didnt even know I had
jessup that deserved so much better than this

Mids feel nice but am gonna try with the standards and see how I feel. Not too used to 14.5+ wheelbases so that’s why I chose to go with them.

Definitely getting wheelbite with the 55s every so often but nothing crazy

Heroin Street baller 9.75 (set up with the 14.25 wb)
Thunder 151 light
Ricta clouds 54mm, 78a (also switching in 53mm F4 101a tablets when I skate ledges, slidey stuffs)
Mob

Putting the Dane1 on ice but there’s still a little life in it so I’ll probably clean it up and ride that some more later.

The razortop on the Heroin looks and feels kind of weird, especially when I step on my normal edge popsicle right afterwards. I’m sure I’ll get used to it quick

That streetballer shape is so fun! Mine died prematurely, but it was a blast the 4 sessions I got on it. Hope you dig it! Also you might get addicted to the razor edge, I've had a few with it now and going back to a normal edge is feels odd

+1 that shape is fucking bonkers
while cool-guying is a real phenomenon, studies show that 83% of all cool-guying incidents can be attributed to the cool-guyee being an awkward weirdo

Just copped a golden razor egg to keep on ice and I'm already bugging about how it looks and might feel. Still hyped to try it at some point though.

Nice. Just mounted mine up last night, went with the 14.125 WB as well. I planned on putting Indy 169s on it, but after measuring the width I decided with 151 lights as well. Feels great with hard 51mm wheels. I think I prefer these big boards low with small wheels. Gonna switch wheels and take risers off the very big gold egg.

Love the razortop construction after the first impression. Glad the Space Egg I ordered has it, it feels like I have slightly more control over the board.

Same, I’ve skated everything from 52mm-61mm on the big boards and the smaller wheels almost always feel better for me too.

Yeah it’s definitely interesting. Kind of reminds me of the Scram Zoink but with a bigger nose and narrower tail.
